Additional Notes
Crashed during the match
Recently, we have received reports from some players about the game crashing during a match when changing banners. After examining this part of the code, we did not understand the reason for the crashes. The only thing that is clear is that the problem mainly occurs on weak computers. This is a memory problem. It arises during management, but it manifests itself in the match.
We did not find this bug and did not fix it (although we allowed to turn off the animation of the banners). It would help us if someone recorded the process of their game 10-15 minutes before such a crash. A few such videos would give us an opportunity to explore where _before the match_ the memory goes bad. It is possible that players do some similar actions that lead to a problem in the memory, which then leads to the crash in the match.
Crashes between matches
Some players have reported that the game may crash after a match. We suspect that this is related to the optimization code. But so far no problems have been found in the code. Therefore, a collection of additional technical information about crashes was added to our report system.
Now, when you send us a report, we'll have more data on what happened at that point in the game.
How quickly can we respond to problems
Living in Ukraine, we work on the game during the rare hours when there is electricity. Sometimes 2-4 hours a day are available to us. And it happens that there is no electricity for 16-36 hours (immediately after massive russian shelling). Therefore, we cannot respond very quickly to your comments and bug reports. But we try to look for possible problems and fix them as soon as possible.
Only the electricity/internet appears, I read messages from players, reply, check information about possible problems, and try to help. Yes, updates are less frequent, but we keep working because we want players to enjoy our game.
