At the beginning of this month, in order to listen to everyone's opinions and answer your questions, we launched a FAQ column.During the question collection period, the feedback from the monarchs was very enthusiastic. Thank you for your encouragement, which has made us clearer about the way forward!

In the first issue, we will answer the questions that everyone is most concerned about about Zhang Bao’s legion leather uniforms, map rotation, idle punishment, new generals and maps, etc. Monarchs, come and take a sneak peek!

Q1: Will Zhang Bao’s legion skin be released?

Zhang Bao's soldier skin will be included in the battle pass for next season (expected to be November). We will combine everyone’s suggestions to design a suitable appearance for Zhang Bao’s legion.

Q2:When will new maps and new generals be released?

Regarding the new map, the new siege map (Huoyi) is being tested and is expected to be online before the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Regarding new generals, the reason why the update speed of general generals has slowed down before is that we need some time to re-polished the balance of existing generals and optimize and adjust some skill attributes. The development of new generals has not been at a standstill. We are also making full preparations. You can rest assured and look forward to it.

Q3:Qin Liangyu, Germanicus, and Dianwei are too strong. How to adjust them?

We have been paying attention to the strength of general ranking. There has been a wave of weakening through updates before. Currently, Qin Liangyu's counterattack ability has been significantly weakened, and Germanicus's shield array and legion defense have also been weakened. We will observe the data adjustment in the future. Dianwei may make some optimizations to its combat mechanism in the future.

Q4:Can the penalties for fake player be increased?

Currently, players who are judged to be fake player by the system and reported by other players will be punished. The penalty automatically determined by the system is up to a ban on matching for 20 minutes. After fake player is punished, their integrity points will be deducted. If the integrity points are deducted below 270 points, ranking will be prohibited. If the integrity points are deducted below 210 points, legion battles and siege battles will be banned. The penalty mechanism will not be adjusted for the time being. If there is a more suitable solution, adjustments will be considered in the future.

Q5:Can you add a playback function?

It is already under research and production, but the specific completion time is not yet determined. We will inform you of new information.

Q6:Can the map rotation mechanism be canceled?

The current mechanism is to rotate a set of maps from the map pool for each season of ranked matches. The reason for doing this is that we have received feedback from many new players stating that there are too many maps, and they often encounter unfamiliar maps, resulting in lower match quality. To address this, we have drawn inspiration from practices in the industry and reduced the number of maps. Each season, a batch of maps is rotated to improve the experience for new players and provide a sense of freshness and potential gameplay changes for each season. In the future, we will consider adding some popular maps to the permanent map pool to increase the number of maps available for each season.

Q7:Can Bai Qi be strengthened?

There are already plans to make adjustments, and we are still discussing the final modification plan. We will notify everyone when it is finalized.

Q8:Can the entertainment mode cancel the time limit? Or open for a few more hours?

There are no plans to cancel at this time. Relaxing the time limit will cause diversion of players. Players will not be able to gather together within a period of time. In severe cases, the entertainment gameplay may not be matched. Even if you open more time, it will be difficult to balance the needs of all players, because each gameplay has some different players. In the future, we will consider closing some less popular gameplays and reallocating time.

Q9:Can a function of sorting by level be added to the hero interface?

Production has been arranged, so stay tuned.

Q10:Can the restriction on the number of players in a ranked match team be lifted?

There are no plans to modify the game at the moment. Team formation restrictions are only available in ranked matches. This is to provide a relatively fairer competitive environment. Otherwise, it will be unfair to most casual players. You can form teams at will for ordinary legions and siege battles.

Q11:Can there be more welfare events?

It is expected that the Golden Autumn series of events will be launched at the end of this month, as well as the first collection and exchange event. By being active, you can get the holiday limited edition avatar frame and back decoration for free. Please wait for the follow-up news!
