Hello Vampires.
We’re going to be making a few changes to V Rising today to squash a pesky UI-breaking bug, and also add some new items to an already existing DLC pack in preparation for an upcoming event! We’ll be posting more on that in just a few hours. For now, here are the changes in today’s patch.
Changes in this patch, which should go live soon, will include:
- Removed the ability for players to name themselves from a certain range of Arabic shorthand codes.
- These codes cause the UI to break when encountered in a player name.
- Any players who currently have names with these codes should display as “aaaa”, which will no longer cause UI issues.
- Added new items to the Legacy of Castlevania Pack! More details on this will be revealed later, but if you want a preview, they should be available now!
There will be more V Rising news to be spooked about later this month! Happy Halloween!
We highly recommend restarting the game to ensure you get the latest version.
