Welcome to our fourth Feature Preview! The focus of today's preview is showing off enhancements we have made to the camera system and car paint! Additionally we want to talk a bit about bugs and we will show a small look at DLC Pack 1! Lets dig in!
- Since launch the camera has always felt a little stiff. With update 1.02 we have completely rebuilt the camera system to feel more realistic and give better movement! The exterior camera now takes your vehicles acceleration, position, and road forces to offset and rotate the camera. This gives the exterior camera a better feeling of physics and movement!
- The interior camera now has dynamic movement! The camera will push back based on acceleration or sudden movement. Now you will feel every crash and jolt!
- Vehicles have gotten a new paintbrush! Paint is now much more detailed, brighter, and more reflective. Especially with the upcoming SuperCar, you will be driving in sleek clean style!
- For those of you with a high end PC, reflection quality has received a massive upgrade! Higher quality reflections on vehicles are now possible.
- We wanted to talk a bit about bugs. We have tried our best to deliver a fully playable and polished game. However some issues can still arise even after testing. We first want to thank everyone for reporting issues to us! Without your help, a lot of bugs can go unnoticed on our end! With update 1.02 we are delivering a bunch of bug fixes! Numerous crashes, mission issues, and environment issues have been fixed! A lot of these were fixed thanks to YOUR reports! Please continue to report bugs to us over Discord!
- We are wrapping up our Feature Previews for update 1.02! We plan to have one more Feature Preview for Update 1.02 before we move onto DLC Pack 1! We hope you enjoy this small teaser of one of the new things coming with the DLC:
