Hey everyone! Today we're excited to debut our brand new gameplay trailer. It showcases a bunch of new enemies and areas, as well as (we hope!) more of the game's mechanics in depth. Check it out!

You can see some of our new enemies in action, like the charger, and also some new areas and weapons. While the game isn't an open-world title, you can travel across the map to different locations as you find fuel for your car, and scavenge for supplies both for yourself and the colony you left behind. You'll need stealth, smarts, and a bit of luck since you're often outnumbered by the horde, but even if you die, you can just pick up the journey again with a new survivor who benefits from the progress of the last.

The Last Stand: Aftermath is around 50-60% complete now; all the major systems are in place, and we're working on generating the rest of the content that will fill them out. This includes new areas, weapons, and enemies, and also will eventually close the loop on the story. Why has the zombie virus become suddenly more deadly after so long? You'll be able to find out... if you live long enough to make it there!

While we're still marching towards our 2021 release date, we've also decided to go forward with a Kickstarter which launches... right now! If you want to support the game's development, you can also pledge for rewards like beta access and help shape the game with your feedback.
