Hello aviators!
After launching yesterday, we've been monitoring achievements and the rates at which they have been unlocking and since before that we've been running internal tests to see if they were functioning correctly. Unfortunately that is currently not the case.
We are currently hard at work on finding the source of the issue so we can fix it. We want to see achievements popping up again, not bugs. We didn't want to leave you without a status update and some more information on the issues we're seeing though.
Which ones are the issue
Data has been somewhat inconsistent regarding them, and we are happy to see that some people seem to be having no issues unlocking any achievement. However, the people that are having issues seem to be having most issues with the following two achievements:
- That's right. I am dangerous. - Listened to Elizabeth's war stories for the first time.
- He's all over the place! - Found all the random spyglasses people lost over the years.
As a result of these two causing issues we're indirectly seeing problems with another achievement as well, although this one doesn't seem to be inconsistent or having issues directly:
- I'm getting off this plane! - Completed all other achievements in the game! You can retire now.
We'd also like to mention a potential cause already:
Some reports indicate that losing your connection stops achievements from unlocking, even if you reconnect afterwards. Please keep in mind that this is unconfirmed though, we're investigating if connectivity issues are related.
