- Added better UI icons for navigation in the world (green flags for quest objects, yellow icons for merchants, etc.)
- Added death cause to death screen (flies, fire, bullets, melee damage, bleeding, etc.)
- Added notification when character is thirsty and trying to sleep
- Added Hernia to compass
- Added more water, food and repair kits to merchants
- Added pistol sight and magazine on start level
