-Added forced welcome onboarding in scenario 01.
-Snapping of all placeables is now more predictable.

Fixes
-Fixed issue where toilets did not connect from time to time.
-Vending Machine in scenario 3 doesn't spawn with smoke anymore and won't go up in flames after loading.
-Fixed issue where vehicles would not pay their parking fee after loading a savegame.
-Fixed a bug where workers behave weirdly when deleting their (only) workstation.
-When a workstation is deleted, the workers will try to find a new one. If no workstation is available, they will get fired.
-Water and Electricity generate debt again.
-Fixed a crash related to vehicle pathfinding that occurs after a few minutes of play.
-Various changes to improve stability and robustness.
-Privacy Walls now snap neatly to other walls.
-Cars refrain from driving certain routes to help with smoothly flowing traffic outside of parking lots.
-Gate boxes now respect the simulation time.
