Fixed some descriptions on the base build system. [/*]

• From now on you are able to build defenses on your Land Deed. Right now there are only 3 available but we are working on adding more in the future. Right now you can place Wooden Spikes, Sandbag Barricades and Flammable Hay Strip (which will despawn after burned down). [/*]

• Changed the description of all barricades. Now it's better explained what each barricade actually is.[/*]
• Added some more protection against Camp-Camper in the Town-Capture event.[/*]
