When you start a new game, you will be now able to select a difficulty setting from the main menu.
If you already have an existing save, you will not be able to change the difficulty setting for that particular playthrough.
Here are some notes on what is different in the different difficulty settings:
- maintenance amount
- starting kapok amount
- symptom points amount
- travel time
- device cost
- auto-balanging thresholds (when will the auto balancer try to make life easier or harder for you)
- the penalty for answering wrong in mind scan is also different: 5/10/15
