Patch 1.7.0 - Optimization Beta Tests #2

Thank you for taking your time and checking the beta build!
We didn't expect so much feedback and we'd like to thank you for your support.
Since it's best to just go with the flow, today we release a small update (#2).
- Global fixes and optimizations:

- [reworked] Texture loading system.
- [optimized] Snow particle system (it should also look nicer).
- [fixed] Loading time for a few locations.
Known issues:
- Snow cannot be seen through car windows.
Testing goals:

Checking how the game works for people with limited hardware configurations.
Double-check on game textures (quality and possible rendering artifacts).
