NEW GAMEMODE: CATACLYSM
The long-awaited "Survival" mode has entered the open beta stage under the name "Cataclysm" and is now available to everyone! We have temporarily closed access to the Campaign mode during this time.
To participate in the beta, you will need to take a few simple steps:

Join one of three Orders and venture together into the Frozen Desert - the abode of the Dragon that unleashes the Cataclysm - and other dangers, such as elementals and ice zombies. And remember - the greater the danger, the more valuable the reward!
The "Cataclysm" mode is recommended for experienced players only. Unite, explore the world, and restore Arcana!
- New territories to explore: a water archipelago and flying islands.
- Frozen Desert - a high-level location with harsh weather conditions, deadly enemies and bosses.
- An opportunity to join one of three Orders to receive rewards and reputation by bringing valuable resources from the Frozen Desert.
CLAIMING THE TERRITORY
Once you place any construction module, he surrounding area will automatically become unavailable for construction for other players. And constructing a Sentinel will protect your buildings from any threats.
Flexible access settings will allow you to decide what rights you want to give to friends or strangers.
MORE DYNAMIC COMBAT
The combat system has undergone numerous changes. Attacks have become more expressive and responsive. Combat abilities from the Skill Tree now consume combat energy, while flame attacks have been replaced by ultimate attacks.
- All types of attacks have been reworked: light, heavy, running, and jumping.
- The use of combat abilities now requires combat energy.
ENERGY AND FATIGUE
Energy has been added to the game as an addition to health and stamina. While actively exploring the world of Arcana, the pilgrim will gradually lose energy points and accumulate fatigue, which will affect their stamina.
To restore strength for new adventures, drink water from a magical fountain or sleep in a bed.
- New parameters have been added: energy and fatigue.
- Beds restore energy.
- Drinking water restores energy.
UI IMPROVEMENTS
In the new update, we have extensively redesigned the UI, making it more understandable and practical. Changes have been made to the stamina, flame attack and ability indicators.
- New stamina and power attack UI.
- Redesigned appearance of the ability widget.
- New inventory UI.
BY POPULAR DEMAND
We see a large number of requests and feedback from players. Some of the suggestions have been taken into account in this update, namely:
- Added the inventory sorting.
- Increased spear attack radius.
- Resources from ore nodes no longer get stuck in walls.
- Straw bed now functions as a respawn point.
- Improved quick-slot gamepad control.
After the update release, the following issues will also be fixed in the Campaign mode:
- Monster spawning issue in the camp with a pearl.
- The rock is moved away from the Dragon Grove islands.
OTHER CHANGES
Gameplay
- Added a trading tent. Players can place a special tent to trade items with other players.
- Added flight acceleration. It consumes more stamina but allows you to reach your destination faster.
- New model for the bone club.
- New NPC: Sanctuary Trader.
- New item: fertilizer. You can fertilize your garden beds to reduce the growth time of essences. Fertilizers drop from boars.
- The Christmas event is no longer available for players. Decor items from Krampus' shop have been added to the trader's shop in the Sanctuary.
- New attacks for the Golem and Babbes in the arena.
- Added new reactions among NPCs.
- Added new actions in the water.
- Changed the lowest temperature in Dragon’s Grove from -15 to -10.
- Optimized performance on Steam Deck.
- Improved optimization.
- Reworked the target lock.
- Bed icon is now always displayed on compass.
- Added an option to adjust object and effect display distance.
- Temporarily disabled "Focused" ability that speeds up spell cooldowns.
- Killing Cursed players no longer results in gaining Curse.
- DLC masks are now cosmetic clothing and do not replace regular armor.
Map
- Ax's model has been changed in the Cradle of Keepers.
- Added more coal and mithril to the Dragon’s Grove.
- Deadwood on the map can now be broken to gather branches.
- Added deciduous bushes.
Animations
- Updated animations for regular and super jumps.
- New animation for taking damage while in the bird mode.
- New running animations with weapons.
- Added animations for blocking attacks.
- Updated Golem animations.
- Added new crouchign animation.
- Updated character emotion animations.
- Added new attacks to the Dragon’s Grove bosses.
- New torch animations.
- New heavy sword attack animations.
- Updated Nibbler animations.
- New bubble animations.
- New teleportation animations.
Fixes
- Fixed dot damage errors.
- Fixed Chronos dialogue.
- Fixed bow aiming.
- Fixed issues with ability cooldown display.
- Fixed a bug with bonus HP display.
- NPC dialogs no longer scroll when ESC is pressed.
- Player character no longer falls into the bed while sleeping.
