-some performance fixes for the voip related patch.
-peripherals now get pulled from a remote location so future peripherals can be added or updates pushed to those already there without a game update. If you know anyone who has had peripheral changes pending update, please send them to me. I can do it now the way I wanted to do it before.

re adapters: the way the system works is that when you start the game, it checks if it needs to get the latest version. If it does, it goes gets it - but otherwise runs with what it has. The download happens but isn't used in that session.
On the next session, that data that has been downloaded gets used
