We love this tool and it’s super fun to use so we’re positive you’ll love using it as well. ???? But as with many of the fun things in life… use it with caution because too much destruction sometimes leads to a penalty, such as in situation when you demolish structures that should remain intact. ????
The main advantage of using the wrecking ball is efficiency. ⌚ In rundown properties, where the goal is often to clear out the space as quickly as possible to prepare it for resale, the wrecking ball becomes an invaluable tool.
