Die PC-Version zum First-Person-Shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops 2von Publisher Activision und Entwickler Treyarch hat einen Patch via Steam erhalten, der die Performance in sämtlichen Spielmodi unter Vierkern Prozessoren steigern soll. Das Update soll jetzt unter anderem auch die Field of View (FOV) für Breitbild-Monitore auf 90 einstellen lassen.

- Max FOV increased to 90
- Horse falling through the world in Afghanistan when playing on some CPUs with 4 or more cores
- RC-XD and the AGR sinking into the map in MP when playing on some CPUs with 4 or more cores
- General performance improvements in SP, MP, and ZM for CPUs with 4 or more cores
- crash when a 7th player tries to join a 6 player league lobby
- Improved dedicated server matchmaking
- some cases of "Connection Interrupted" in MP while loading into a match
