This is really exciting for the current ADOM game, too, for several reasons (besides broadening the audience):

• Design work currently happening for ADOM RPG will affect the development of Ultimate ADOM (and on the very high backer levels you even can have a direct hand in this).
• Some of the design ideas in the ADOM RPG (e.g. racial powers growing over time with increasing levels; revised class powers) eventually will make their way back into ADOM to improve the ADOM gameplay.
• You will finally be able to play ADOM as a pen & paper RPG with a much more complete, modern and very fast & furious ruleset (compared to the limited ADOM Lite edition we released a couple of years ago - this is a completely new design from the ground up)
