Set in the Dakota Badlands, this level is a desert fortress. Built with his bare hands, the Blacksmith calls Lost Highway his domain.

Lost Highway's main event is the "Renegade Truck" which involves a semi-truck crashing through the compound, eventually coming to an explosive end in the canyon below. Additional features include"Smoke House death trap" and a mad max "Thunder-Dome" style arena, where two players engage in melee combat to the death.
