Vsevolod ist ursprünglich als Loom-Nachfolger Chaos ins Leben gerufen, woran auch noch das Intro und musikbasierte Rätsel erinnern. Dennoch ist Vsevolod inzwischen ein vom Vorbild unabhängiges Adventure.

Plot:
As the sluggish airships carry Germanian and Slavic archaeologists back to their respective homelands embroiled in a war with the island republic of Britannia, young nobleman by the name of Vsevolod Nikolaevich Peremishlov stays behind in desire of ending his decade long pursuit for the fabled artifacts of Lord Svarog the Creator himself, which are rumored to be hidden deep within the vaults of an ancient Slavic svarostan situated on the Obzorye island, on the outskirts of the Arctic circle. However, obtaining the mystical objects will only set in motion a chain of events that will eventually lead to the unmaking of the material reality.

Setting:
Vsevolod takes place in an alternate world somewhat similar to this Earth's XIX century, where the delicate peace enjoyed by the peoples of Germania and Greater Slavic Empire is threatened by the blood-thirsty hordes of the Republic of Britannia. This world never knew Christianity, so the colorful paganism of Slavic and Germanic peoples is, at least in this game, very much alive and well.

Gameplay
Vsevolod is a traditional 2D point-and-click adventure in the vein of the most well known classics of the genre, completely drawn by hand (background art, as well as character animation). The gameplay, as in other similar games, revolves around solving various inventory based and mechanical puzzles, dialogues, using spells in form of short musical phrases to interact with the game world, as well as using some more exotic abilities we are just now about to implement.

Language
Voice-overs are to be done in English (optionally, if resources allow it, in German as well), with subtitles in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Czech (optionally) and Serbian (optionally).

Length
Extent of the game is flexible and depends on funding and how big a team we can afford. Current release offers roughly 2hrs of gameplay.
