The company announced it was changing its name from Ntreev USA to SG Interactive on 3 November 2010 on the official websites for Grand Chase, Trickster Online, and Pangya because they were bought by SmileGate, the developer known for CrossFire. They have told players that no changes will be made to current titles as a result of the new name, and said that a new SG Interactive portal site with more games will be launching in the near future.
