Wir schreiben das Jahr 1888, im alternativen Universum Hemera spitzt sich der Krieg gegen die skrupellose "Nation" zu und droht diese Welt vollständig zu zerstören. Als letzten Ausweg, um ihre Welt zu retten, begeben sich Jules Verne und Kapitän Nemo an Bord des berühmt-berüchtigten Unterseeboots Nautilus auf die Suche nach der Quelle der Macht von Atlantis.
Schenkt man den Legenden glauben, liegt dort ein uraltes Artefakt begraben, das die Macht besitzt, den Lauf der Geschichte zu verändern: die Flamme des Hephaistos! Ein Artefakt dessen gewaltige Kraft einst sowohl für den Aufstieg als auch den Niedergang des legendären Atlantis verantwortlich war.
Auf seiner Reise wird Jules Verne nicht nur unvorstellbare Wunder und Geheimnisse entdecken – so muss er sich auch einer dunklen und scheinbar übermächtigen Entität entgegenstellen, deren einziges Ansinnen es ist, die Kraft der Fantasie aus den Köpfen aller Menschen in Hemera zu tilgen ... auch aus seinem!

The stealth parts were a bit frustrating but after 1-2 tries easy peasy doable and the Puzzles are pretty balanced not too hard and not too easy fits just perfect.

This is a heavily story driven game with gameplay mechanics similar to point and click adventure style games. It's got a lot of dialogue, item collection, puzzles as well as QTE events. The one unique thing that this game has is a time warp mechanic where Verne can use this Item he has called an IMAG and he can use it to basically re-write a past event. This mechanic is cool and innovative and brings a new level of exploration and puzzle solving to this kind of genre.
The voice acting, sound effects and music are all phenomenal, as is the writing and story telling featured here.
The biggest problems I have with the game are probably in it's repetitive gameplay mechanic and it's overly slow pace. But if those don't bother you and you're really interested in being lost in an epic mysterious story then this game might just be for you.
For the pricetag, whats offered here and how much you'll get out of it, IF THIS IS YOUR TYPE OF GENRE then it's a perfectly safe purchase. Please enjoy.

The gameplay, on the other hand, bleeds from multiple wounds and many times I felt like it's sole purpose was to ruin my experience.
Fluctuating difficulty, frustrating stealth parts, Imag is underused and buggy like hell,
