Unturned is a sandbox game in the multiplayer survival genre. Survive the zombie infestation with your friends! Over the course of a typical adventure you'll fortify a base, scavenge for supplies, live off the land and negotiate with other players. The game is being developed hand-in-hand with the community, and tons of features are based entirely on feedback:

Fortification:
You can build massive forts out of structural building blocks, or barricade smaller buildings from before the apocalypse began. It is also possible to create traps and intricate electronic systems. These extend to vehicles as well, you can make a giant rolling fortress!

Survival:
It is entirely possible to live off the wilderness by harvesting resources, fishing, growing crops and hunting down animals.

Explore:
There are several openworld locations to visit from Prince Edward Island to Russia, with many more available in the Steam Workshop.

Bandits:
In PvP servers you can battle other players to steal their gear, or play Arena mode servers for a last man standing experience.

Heroes:
In PvE you can team up with other players without fear of death, or create a group and work together in PvP! You can also progress Unturned's story by helping rebuild society questing with NPCs.

Leider habe ich das Spiel nie verstanden und werde es auch nie verstehen. hat ähnlichkeiten mit Rust aber es gibt in Servern keine Tutorials wie man voran kommt, dabei Jagen dich leute die High Equiped sind.

Lmao ich dachte nicht dass ich in so einem Spiel mehr als 5 Stunden investiere, war aber dann doch ein wenig mehr. Ist eine ganz lustige Cartoon Version von DayZ, mit nem Kumpel zusammen hat mir das viel Spaß gemacht. Ladets euch runter, kostet weder Geld noch viel Speicherplatz, macht aber trotzdem ein wenig was her.

Da dieses Spiel Kostenlos ist, und man nicht viel zu sagen hat, hier mein Review zum Ganzen. Unturned ist ein eigetnlich Gut Durchdachtes Spiel welches auch Spaß machen kann! Aufjedenfall. Es ermöglicht sogar einen Multiplayer Modus für seine Freunde. Jedoch bin ich mit diesem Spiel nicht zufrieden, da es mich einfach nervt, wenn ich nach dem Tod im nichts Spawne und wieder wie verrückt in die Stadt laufen, um dort eine Waffe zu holen um mich vor den Zombies zu verteidigen, was aber auch nicht möglich ist, weil egal wo ich hingehe, werde ich von Zombies verfolgt und gejagt bis ich am Ende Tod bin und wieder Irgendwo Spawne und alles wieder Von vorne! Ladet es euch runter und Probiert es selber mal aus! Das Spiel verfügt sogar um einen Tutorial Spiel, welches schon Gut gemacht ist, aber etwas unübersichtlich. Sonst alles gut. Das Spiel ist zwar nicht meins, aber trotzdem ein sehr gut durchdachtes Spiel, welches durchaus auch Spaß machen kann!

Was dem Game an Grafik fehlt macht es durch Inhalt und Gameplay wett!
Macht immer wieder laune Zombies zu schnetzeln und Spieler auszutricksen ;) Jede menge waffen, tonnenweise items und gegenstände zum craften, Basenbau, Bossgegner uvm
Lohnt sich auf jeden fall mal reinzuschauen!

Es ist echt toll das man einen Singleplayermodus hat, so dass die anderen Spieler nicht die Sachen und Bauwerke zerstören, ich würde sagen das das mit dem Singleplayermodus deutlich besser hinbekommen wurde als bei Day Z, auch das Erkunden und das man Mods / Addons sich downloaden kann finde ich echt klasse!

Für das es gratis ist echt ein super Spiel und nur weiterzuempfehlen!

krankes zombie-game
, loot dropt wie christkind an weihnachten, leider gibt es keine seeschlachten,
bei wasserfähigen vehikeln komplette fehlanzeige, wüsste das ein matrose gäbe es ne ohrfeige

Unturned ist eine kostenlose Mischung aus Minecraft und DayZ. Die Steuerung ist einfach und verständlich gehalten. Der Singleplayer ist kurz und bündig und bereitet einen gut auf den Multiplayer vor.
Die Community ist aber leider klassisch Toxic man merkt kaum noch was von Bauelementen oder dem Lootsystem und wenn dann nur um Lootspots oder spawns zu umzäunen. Es ähnelt mehr einem Deathmatch wo es nur darum geht möglichst viele Kills zu machen. Wenn man sich aber in eine Gruppe zusammen tut kann das Spiel trotzdem viel Spaß machen.

This is the game with what all started for me, me and my best friend started 5 years ago when we started playing vanilla, paid lots of money for cases just to support the devs and played a few thausand hours on many accounts and got very good. Thanks for THIS GAME Devs, this was my childhood and I´m very thankful !

Since I played this game last time (it was like 2016 or smth, when there was no customization yet) everything was better than now. It was a lightweight game that can work perfectly almost on every computer. And what do we have now ? Incredibly unoptimized garbage that uses 95.8% of my RTX3070 on menu! EVEN MINING ETH AND STREAMING AAA GAME WITH 2K RESOLUTION AT THE SAME TIME DOESN'T USE MY GPU LIKE THAT! Earlier I was able to create a multiplayer game simply using game options by two clicks. Now you have to start a dedicated server with all these dreary settings that takes many time, and even after that there are problems with connection to your server. So if you wanna play with your friends the only way is to play at community servers.

Free to play with one paid DLC that doesn't affect game balance too much. So, not pay2win.

Unturned has given me many good memories by myself and with randoms online, and it does pain me to not recommend this game but I really just cant

my main problem is that unturned is a survival game right? but how weak the zombies are, food and water being plentiful even on the hardest difficulty makes the entire community a toxic cesspool of people only raiding bases and shooting people on sight. And the updates didn't help at all, making the game even more pvp focused and making the community somehow worse

Man, it really sucks that unturned went from a relatively simple survival game with a chill and friendly community to...Whatever the fuck it is now. I've had some great memories with this but I just cant play it anymore

This game is great. When you start, you have nothing. You have to survive. You can do this in several ways. You could kill animals, go fish and live off the land. Or make your way to a military base, get some good gear and kill the zombies that you encounter. You can make it easy or hard, whatever you want. There are no rules. The only rule there is, is that you have to survive. Try PVE first.

How this game is not super popular, I do not know. It's a mix of Minecraftish/DayZ/RUST with its own unique art style. It can be modded, you can create your own maps and share them, and it is still, to this day, constantly being updated.

Oh, did I mention, it was all created by a 15 year old kid in Canada who has now grown up and still works his ass off on it. There is always some new feature or some bugs he is hammering out. To have a passion for anything like this young man has for this game and his business is a dream. Good on you! -and great job-

It was long journey to times when my pc finally can run newest survival games at max settings.
And this game is my old good friend that I spend very long time on when my pc was more like potato than pc.
On my all account together I got somewhere around 4k hours? And I dont regret wasting my time on this game.

Probably one of the best games I have played.

The developer of the game is definitely caring for this game and puts out constant updates, for being as young as he was when this game released, he created a masterpiece. The modding community is also great for this game, there are many really nice mods in this game. I have had many great experiences in this game and hope to have more along with others.

This game... is special in it's own way, the game has it's own unique positives and negatives to it, the amount of things in singleplayer you can do is near to unlimited and with workshop mods being combined with the admin tools your imagination can just spill out like no one elses. Multiplayer also has it's own interesting things shall I say, but lord is it fun to absolutely fun the multiplayer aspect just changes this entirety of this game and I can't even begin nor' end the list of friends and just overall very nice or toxic people. The game changed a lot, I used to main it everyday just to log on and have a nice time with friends, unfortuenately due to the game not having much content except multiplayer, because whenever you logged on a multiplayer server... there was just something new around the corner, that's what made this game very special for me. The amount of friends that i've made was massive and if not for this game, I wouldn't know most of my friends and this is purely just because of multiplayer, the text chat, the voice chat, the people - they're all great, the game is great. If not for the different and unique player base... it well wouldn't be the game that it is today although i've got a new setup and i rarely will ever play this game again, i'd just like to thank the community of workshop mod creators, multiplayer server creators, plugin creators, the playerbase bad or good. Every single player took part in this game wether it's taking a look at it for a few minutes and uninstalling or playing it and enjoying it for thosands and thousands of hours of multiplayer content, bugs, glitches, players, buildings, survival, gunplay and everything else. And especially i'd like to thank Nelson for the game that he created now almost 3 and a half years ago, with all the respect thank you to everyone again.

Absolutely worth it for 4345 hours of shenanigans with friends and experience.

This isn't even a survival game anymore considering most servers have been warped beyond the original scope of the game. The most fun you'll probably have if you want the true Unturned experience is to play PVE on Russia and meet some people. I do wish the game had more vanilla servers.

My friends and I have a private server and it makes the game a lot more fun. For the first 10 hours I played with them we just surfed servers and some servers were fun but some were too easy or admins abused their power and killed all people joining for fun. I recommend getting or finding a private server with no toxic people and this game is a lot of fun.

In my opinion this is one of the best games to play casually its easy on the Eyes and easy to get the hang of. I would Recommend it for anyone who is looking for their first Zombie Game or for someone who just enjoys survival style games. The fact that its free makes it even better

I ordinarily love playing Unturned: it's a fantastic and fun game. I do not recommend it, however, for two reasons: it is overrun with hackers, and a lot of the servers have corrupt admins and mods who either hack themselves or will abuse the people who use their servers. You can't compete in a game with hackers, and if the admins and mods are as bad as the hackers themselves then you have nobody to turn to and no recourse. It's free to play, so you can try it out, but don't buy the premium for this unless you are completely fine with dealing with hackers on a regular basis. There are some servers that take it seriously and try to regulate their community, but they can be tough to find and you have to do your research. Even if admins will punish hackers, often times the bases they destroyed and the stuff they stole are forfeit: you're not getting your stuff back.

I'd give Unturned a 4/5 for gameplay: an excellent game that you won't regret playing, but because of the condition its servers are in I have to give it a final score of 2/5: a niche or below average game. The condition of its servers and community makes it a niche game that only very casual players who have no skin in the game will thrive in. If you start to invest yourself in a server's progression, you will eventually run into cheaters or corrupt admins and be forced off a server, and you will feel bad for all of the time you wasted there.

It's like Roblox and DayZ, but free.

Vehicle movements is janky or clunky. Vehicle camera wobbles a lot.
The inventory is a great idea but the inventory balancing is questionable. Why do shirts take out 6 slots? Why do arrows take up 2 slots? Why do ammunition take up 4 slots?
Crafting is nice but the icons and UI is terrible . I like the idea of magazines, clips and rounds, but the reloading implementation is terrible.

Really fun game to play with one or more other people in a clan (this disables friendly fire which basically puts you in the same team). Really nice feature to have custom player made servers which allow for PvP, kits, etc.

Base building and different array of weapons such as assault Rifles, snipers, etc work really well (guns have bullet drop).

Vehicles also work really well, wide array of buildables - again, base building in this game is super satisfying and enjoyable, especially with friends (I played with one other friend and we built a massive Honeycomb base in the sky in a PvP server).

Solid game 8/10 Meh Solo, Highly enjoyable with friends in Voice chat.

Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover // Recommended for fans of survival games - All fans, not just younger gamers

+ Boasts all of the staples of a typical survival game
+ Game engine runs very smoothly with blessedly few issues
+ Features multiple maps to explore & enjoy
+ The gameplay is surprisingly and, almost deceptively, nuanced & in-depth
+ Huge plethora & variety of weapons & items to loot
+ Base building mechanics are solid & reliable
+ Shockingly snappy & satisfying gunplay with an unexpectedly close attention paid to physics (e.g. bullet drop)
+ Farming mechanics are in full swing here, & are generally well-implemented overall
+ Multiplayer enjoys all the benefits of custom & private servers, including customization options galore
+ Skills add a welcome & functional RPG element
+ Steam Workshop support, which serves to prevent stagnation & encourage innovation

+/- Visual & audio design will not appeal to everyone, but to my mind both A) did not hold the game back at all, & B) add significantly to the game's charm

- Crafting is incredibly deep & nuanced, but feels like it lacks refinement

I love this game to bits; BUT PLS. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS PRECIOUS PLS MAKE AN AUTO STACK AND AUTO ORGANIZE OPTION IN THE GAME. I love to explore find things enjoy the scenery of the game but half of the time Im just nitpicking on my inventory because it's all so clustered and there's no option to organize them at all which would honestly be, one of the BEST additions you can make to this game.

Now I don't know if there are mods for that but it would be best if it would be made canon in game.
I love everything about this game and im looking forward to a lot more updates but please sincerely think about this suggestion I think it would benefit literally EVERYONE ,EVery Server, Every kid that cries when they are griefed. Every kid who enjoys a good open world survival but unfortunately has OCD (me)

Unturned is rich in possibilities, It requires strategie, creativity, and skills in first or third person shooters, unlike other games, Unutrned has of course blocky graphics but stays more accesible to everyone. The game has multiple servers for pvp with different game mods which is pretty awesome as every player can find his prefereable style of playing PvP. I mostly prefer Semi-Vanilla which aren't moded that much and have the standard functions of the game as well as content and mobbs, for me it makes the game run better and smoothly. Of course if you have a powerful PC (starting from - Ryzen 5 1600 3.6ghz, GTX 1060 6go, and 16g of RAM) for extra mobs and content it will work wonderfully and you will enjoy those game mods in servers. For those who would like to play solo, the best way to do so is simply by creating a solo session, which unfotunetly does not allow your friends to join which is one reason I did not enjoy solo.

The game overall is great, however there are negative parts about it. When I began playing Unturned, I was in Semi-Vanilla servers playing with my friends inb which we constructed bases and other buildings to store vehicles weapons, and recources. I enjoyed a lot and continued to play, however if you are in a bad server, you might get attacked on surprise by a group of players who used cheats to destroy players properties in a map. Althought there are maps that have VAC security to counter players from cheating I think all the servers should include VAC so that the game could get more people to enjoy this fun game full of communication, creativity, and action.

Now the specific reason I am recomending this game is because if you are aware to find a good server and have friends who would like to play Unturned, you will enjoy this game for sure. If you still prefere solo gameplay well everyone has his own preferences, but personally I recommend playing this game in multiplayer with friends as it is mostly the fun part of Unturned.
