This patch fixes a few minor details of the E1.
The changelog in detail:
- Bugfix: A playing announcement could not be cancelled in IBIS with "Lösch." button.
- The destination plate for "Bahnhof Favoriten" was added
- The destination plate for "Hintere Zollamtsstraße" (Radetzkystraße) was added
- The destination plate for "Schottenring U" was added
