ENGLISH Short: I dont Recommend this game, it is full of Bugs, just bad Quality. Save your Money and dont give it to the DNA Army Gaming Network. They just Release and release, and release stuff that is funny for 1 hour or 2 and then its ready for the Garbage. Updates are there, yes, BUT only for 1-2 Months and then its done for the Company, ready for the next game... So sad to see...

Graphics is simplistic; animations are reduced to the minimum; there are probably 4-5 different NPC models and they do nothing beside walk back and forth on empty streets of a very small area.
The focus of the game is store management though; and that is somehow there, in terms of buying and selling goods; but the presentation is really barebone. And I understand that this is a 1 man project, but you can find free demo assets on the Unreal store that would do much more than what you see in this product, so if this was an early access I could consider those assets as being placeholder, and same goes for the various mechanics you have in the game.
But as full 1.0 release; this game is really limited in so many ways. At full price is not even an option but at sale price you may want to take a look at it, to see if it is your cup of tea. I had technical issues so to me the game was not even playable for more than 40 minutes; but even if it was, I would not really consider this as being a 20 dollars product for sure.
Too bad because with some tweaks and more time invested, instead of making 10 games that mostly look all the same; this could be a really great game. Best of luck to the developer but none of his games are sadly at the level I expect a product to be. There is too much gaming content in this area, made by new developers, so what is out there need to be really outstanding to stand out.

Otherwise, individually, this game isn't bad, but definitely not worth the 24.99 euro price. The gameplay loop is okay, but many features are bugged or unfinished.
I don't want to repeat what other reviews said, so all I'll add to this - not recommended. I have not played this for a while, including the newest map, but I've looked at others playing through it (i.e. Grillmastah), and it's the same story all over. Will not recommend until the dev stops spewing out hundreds of games a second and starts focusing on this game in particular, for which I spent my 11 chocolate bars worth of money.

And here's the written version if you prefer reading:
Starting out with just an empty supermarket, a tiny bit of money, a car and a couple of boxes stock that you have to put out yourself, Trader Life Simulator lets you build a shop from the ground up and success involves ordering and placing over 100 products, managing money between different accounts to cover bills and pay your staffs wages, aswell as handling your own basic needs which includes going to the toilet, taking a bath and eating an alarming amount of hot dogs.
The game as a whole is a little rough around the edges, with some janky character animations, horribly basic driving physics, customers that just magically spawn in and out at the cash register, aswell as a complete lack of any women in the entire town, but despite its quirks it’s still got a lot to offer and it’s had me pretty much hooked for over 80 hours at the time of this review.
So as I mentioned there’s over 100 different products to buy and sell including almost everything you’d expect to find in an average supermarket such as fruit and vegetables, cookies, candy and fizzy drinks, toilet paper, diapers, washing powder and so on.
Most of the stuff you can buy comes from the main supplier, a bloke called Jabar, and you can either drive to his shop and load your car or lorry with boxes full of stock yourself or you can order online and have the items delivered straight to the back of your shop for a 10 dollar fee per box, which at first might sound like a lot but when you consider that you get 10 of each product in every box in a world where a small carton of peppers costs the customer $24, then a 10 dollar delivery fee suddenly doesn’t seem all that expensive.
There’s also a few independent suppliers dotted around the map that sell more specialist goods like a few different types of fish and meat aswell as a surprisingly decent selection of electronics which you can start buying once your store rating reaches 50%
Every time you buy some stock and get it back to your shop you need to put it out on the shelves yourself. Whether you choose to group everything together and arrange them neatly on shelves or just scatter stuff randomly all over the floor is up to you and the aesthetics and layout of your shop has no impact on sales.
You can hire up to 2 staff to run the tills for you but they can’t do anything other than just stand there and handle the money which is fine since putting out all the stock takes up most of your time and your staff they aren’t expensive to hire at just $50 per day with the second cashier upgrade effectively doubling your daily sales. Unfortunately you’re not able to operate the tills yourself.
Anyway speaking of upgrades there’s a few available to unlock as you continue growing your empire, from small additions like a coffee machine and a sunglasses stand to being able to buy a second floor for your shop, owning a farm and buying animals and even investing in stocks.
All the income from your upgrades is passive and despite it taking a good amount of hours and dedication to buy even half of them, they generally start paying for themselves quickly and are definitely worth the investment.
The map’s not massive in size nor is it amazingly designed, plus some of the curbs can easily flip your car leaving you stranded miles from home until it all resets the next time you sleep on your bed. Still there’s a good amount of places to visit like the furniture shop where you can walk around buying new shelves and decorations for your home or shop, the farm where any of the chickens, sheep and cows you can buy spend their time, and you even have to visit the fuel station and repair shop to keep your car topped up with fluids.
The graphics and animations are, as you can see [in the video], far from the best, but they’re good enough to get the job done. The sound design on the other hand leaves a bit to be desired. It’s all a bit quiet.
There’s no in-game music to listen to and very little in the way of sound effects except for the occasional plinging sound as a customer buys something and a little pop up appears telling you what they bought or if they wanted something you don’t have in stock so you know to order more.
To be fair though there is a TV hanging above the checkout which lets you insert a custom video URL for some extremely loud background sound but it stops playing as soon as you get a few meters away from the shop and it’s all a bit of a hassle compared to just having some random chill copyright free music playing on a loop in the background. It’s not a deal breaker for me personally but I definitely felt it was worth mentioning if you’re thinking of getting it.
Things can get a bit out of hand in the endgame too as you try to keep track of re-stocking the shelves and re ordering more of what you need as a relentless stream of customers keeps buying up all the stock that you just spent the last half an hour placing with OCD perfection on the shelves.
There’s nothing that tracks how many of each item you currently have in stock either and the only warning you get that something’s ran out is when a customer turns up to buy it and leaves disappointed which results in a loss of store rating for you.
You could always track that kind of stuff on a simple spreadsheet and adjust it each time someone buys something but that really depends on how advanced you want to go.
Still though despite some obvious areas of improvements we really enjoyed it and it’s got the potential to keep you busy for upwards of 100 hours if you’re someone who enjoys the challenge of building something from the ground up and overall, after 80 or so hours in-game, we reckon we got our monies worth and we definitely recommend giving it a go even at the full price of 24.99.
I hope you found this review helpful and if you did then check out some of our other reviews, subscribe to the channel and leave a comment to let us know which game you’d like us to review next. Thanks for reading, have fun and don’t forget to save.

There's also some needless tedium in transferring money between cash, bank account and credit for certain purchases, when it seems a single cash balance would work fine.
Not sure if that's an attempt at realism, but if this was a realistic world I'd hire someone to stock shelves for me.
I also probably wouldn't have been able to install a bathtub and toilet on my front porch, but eh.

Unless there are updates coming in the future , I would not advise you to buy this at full price.
*update : Ok, so the game is addictive. But it is also time consuming and progress is pretty slow., still cannot recommend , only on a sale.*
*Final update : The game is still receiving updates, that's a big plus, I change to recommended because it's fun to play*

I'd love to be able to buy and sell more items.
As weird as it is I just really love this game.
Only issues I've had is the game doesn't seem to pause, I read in update notes that it should pause when you click into the 'esc' menu but when I resume the game time has jumped a few hours. hope that gets fixed. I also get lost when driving, I wish there was a mini map that appeared when your driving to show where you are as you move around the map. It doesn't help that when you pull up the map it doesn't show where you are on the map so I just have to guess (but the map is small enough that you can fine your way again)
Overall love this game, very addicting and hope there is more in the future!

What I can say for sure is some of the UI and QoL parts of the game certainly just feel inexcusable so far. Some UI elements are proper resolution, some just look pixelated and downright awful (map is a good example). I also can't imagine improving the game logic would be all that fantastically difficult. I have seen no evidence to suggest that making your store look nice or even remotely organized helps with anything. Also, plenty of bugs are present, but most seem well hidden for me.
Having gotten pretty far into the game, I'm deciding to just avoid playing it a large amount. For whatever reason the devs decided putting a generic NPC in a tent was the best answer to collecting funds for your farm, and only to collect it at a stated time. This system is very buggy and half the time I cannot collect my funds. This was the final nail in the coffin for me. Why they wouldn't just make it so you click a button on your phone to get the funds at any time in the day, or something far more streamlined, is mindbogglingly frustrating.
Also, the tutorial is almost non-existent. I had to look up YouTube videos to figure out even the most basic things for myself. Again, just seems so basic, yet it's not there. I really don't quite understand this piece, either. There's also a plethora of English errors in the game.
This game feels 'bare-bones' altogether. There was definitely some amount of time put into this and the idea is fantastic, but I feel like the execution to match that idea just isn't here. I would be highly surprised if this developer continues to put forth the effort required to make this a good, solid sim game. I say this because the dev seems to have a history of releasing simulator games of similar quality one after the other for similar prices and within a few months of each other. As a result of that, and with what I've experienced so far, I feel like the game is a bit of a mess. It is very early development, that is obvious, and a TON of work needs to be done. The fact that very simple things aren't corrected before shipping new content for some reason makes me think that the dev is not making this game their focus. I hate to say it, but thus far this game feels like a bit of a cash-grab at $20.
I would suggest to only buy this for $10 or under and only if they understand that the game is likely not to be built upon after a certain point in the near future and are okay with that.

- The game works as advertised
- Enjoyed my 9 hours of running my own business.
Cons:
- Character model collision issues.
- Sidewalk collision issues with many vehicles
- Scooter physics almost made me feel sick due to poor physics & camera head bob.
- No option to reassign keyboard keys.
- No option to exit to main menu screen.
- Many!!! placeholder NPC's models with stiff animation, buildings, vehicles, animal models.
- The Developer(s) ? appear to only use Discord for customer feed back on early access game.

You get to furnish your house and your shop. As far as I can tell, you can put any piece of furniture just about anywhere. Your bathtub can be in your shop. The toilet is portable - just take it out of your inventory and put it back in when you’re done. You can walk around town and pretend to have conversations with NPCs while they stare at you awkwardly. Drive around in your car and bump into things. Repair the damage. Park anywhere and your car will be waiting for you where you left it. What’s not to like!
Earning income from your shop and keeping everything running can be pretty addictive, too.

Trader Life Simulator is a Semi-Hardcore Sim with absolutely HEAPS of potential.
There are elements I wished were better (car physics, audio & UI -- not to mention the stacking) but the core of the game is absolutely sound.
If you have ever wanted to own your own shop and be involved in the wheeling & dealing that comes with that, then TLS will almost certainly fulfil that desire to the point where houurs upon hours of gameplay will breeze past even though very little is happening!
I still recall the joy of getting my FIRST fridge, only to be shocked at the price of Meat in the game & that one monitor I just couldn't sell lol.
This is a game with a very good and stable foundation that is extremely playable & enjoyable, and yet has enormous untapped potential...I hope the game sells well and that the dev works on improving on their excellent work.

You have to wait 5 seconds at every tutorial popup so you can close it again. You can open a very blurry map with M but can only close it with a mouse click. It is impossible to go back to the main menu without closing the game. There is no option to configure the keybinds.
The game is not clear when to do what. While this is not a reason to not to play the game in conjunction with the interface it gets frustrating fast. For example you have to realize the door where you enter the shop first is not the entrance. To open the shop you have to open some kind of garage door.
The selling part consists of NPCs teleporting in front of your cashier (you are not allowed to do the selling youself) and teleporting away. Sometimes taking one of your items, sometimes not.
While the idea of this game sounds fun to me the presentation is everything but.
