The Last Faith lebt von seinem gnadenlosen und präzisen Kampfsystem, wobei eine enorme Menge an Hinrichtungen zur Verfügung steht.

Entdecke ein beeindruckendes Arsenal an Nahkampfwaffen, Zaubersprüchen sowie Feuerwaffen und bahne dir mit seiner Hilfe deinen Weg an allen Hindernissen vorbei.

Im Mittelpunkt des Gameplays von The Last Faith liegt nonlineare Erkundung. Die eindrucksvolle gotische Landschaft wird durch fantastische Pixel-Art dargestellt. Reise über schneebedeckte Berge und durchquere von Mondlicht beschienene Burgen. Entdecke dabei eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Werkzeugen der Zerstörung, die du auch alle weiter verbessern kannst.

Erlebe die verwüstete Welt von The Last Faith als Eric, der ohne jegliche Erinnerung an seine direkte Vergangenheit erwacht. Schnell stellt er allerdings fest, dass er sich in einem gnadenlosen Wettlauf gegen die Zeit befindet, da sein Verstand und auch sein Gewissen immer weiter verfallen. Sein Verlangen, Erlösung von diesem Leiden zu finden, führt ihn auf eine verfluchte Mission, auf der er es mit uralten Religionen und Gottheiten zu tun kriegt.

I'm only 1.2 hours in but I played both demos and have followed this for a while. I can safely say that the core mechanics are fun and the combat feels good. There are some minor bugs (such as the screen going from smooth scrolling to sudden jumps, which actually caused me two deaths) but I'm sure they will get ironed out.

Unless there are any uneven difficulty spikes I can't see much marring the experience.

I would at least give it more than 12 minutes before making your judgements as one reviewer has done.

Calling this game a "rip-off collage" would be rude, so lets call it heavily "inspired" by other games of the genre.
The combat is a little clunky at the beginning but everything else will fully satisfy your sould-like-metroidvania bone. And it got GREAT voice acting.

I bought the game right when it came out and 10 mins later its on sale for 10%...
The game is great anyways. it offers a smooth experience in a dark mysterious world the atmosphere is really awesome. The bosses are really cool and I sense a little bloodborne in this. The devs really pu their hearths into this game and you understand that the second you log in. this game will worth your time and money and there shouldn't be no doubt in your mind.

I have not played the game long, but I am already happy with how the game turned out! I have been waiting for this game to come out for a long time. The game is a nice mixture of Blasphemous (the first one more than the second) and of course Bloodborne.

I just hope that when I play more of this game that I end up rage quitting like I do with most souls like games.

This game is very similar to Blasphemous but with the asthetics and world very much inspired by Bloodborne. I would even say it's almost...cheeky how much it reminds you of Bloodborne at times. The artstyle is gorgeous and there is a lot of attention to detail. The game is described as a Souls-Like but honestly so far it's really REALLY forgiving. It's nowhere near as difficult as Blasphemous, Hollow Knight or, of course, the Soulsborne games. That doesn't make it bad of course but don't expect a game that is too tough. Overall a very fun experience. I dunno if my opinion will change since I only played it for more than one hour but so far it looks really promising.

Really scratched that Blasphemous itch but I can tell this already has it's own unique character. I'm also eyeing some potential replay value because of the starting classes.

Have been consumed by the first boss a solid 15 times within the last 30 minutes but nonetheless, awesome graphics and simple controls. Devs definitely put a lot of passion into this also if you love blasphemous, this is for you

also a little provoked by the devs for slashing 10% off the game after I've bought it at its original price

I've played about an hour so far and I can tell the devs have a lot of passion for their craft. If you wished Blasphemous had a little more Bloodborne in it, this is the game for you.
