Get to know: Mordimer, the main character of The Inquisitor
It is not without reason that Mordimer was appointed the title of licensed Inquisitor by the Bishop of Hez-Hezron. He is a man of fervent faith and is skilled in both words and weapons. Tracking down anyone who commits sin is his sole purpose as an Inquisitor, and dedicated servant of God. If someone commits a breach of faith against Christ Triumphant, Mordimer must, and will, perform his duties.
Only he dares to enter the Unworld, to find clues and uncover the truth. But this is only the first step – punishment is needed to keep sin at bay. All the less surprising that witches, sorcerers and heretics no longer feel safe in their dark hideouts when Mordimer arrives. After all, he does not shy away from using torture…
You call it ruthless? Perhaps. But for a true Inquisitor of the Lord, the end always justifies the means.
