Flame Skin Salamander
All the large Salamanders of southern Tamriel have elemental powers, but some specialize in particular forces; the Flame Skin breed, for example, almost ripples with fire.

Crowns
The Crowns are for use in The Crown Store. The Crown Store can be accessed in-game to browse and purchase unique pets, mounts, costumes for your character, and other virtual goods and services.

Grand Gold Coast Experience Scroll
You gain a 150% Experience Point bonus from all sources for 30 minutes. The timer pauses when you are offline, and resumes when you return.

Ich habe die beschriebenen Kronen und Gegenstände innerhalb von 5 Minuten bekommen. Den Grund für die ganzen Beschwerden kann ich demnach nicht bestätigen. Alleine für die Kronen lohnt sich das Paket schon, die Echse und die Schriftrolle sind ein netter Zusatz!

Am Anfang wollte ich mir dieses Pack nicht kaufen, weil in den Meisten Rezesionen stand das manche sachen nicht ankommen. Ich habe mich dennoch entschieden dieses Pack zu kaufen. Ich habe direkt nachdem Kauf im Spiel die 1500 Kronen gehabt und auch im Postfach den Friedlichen-Begleiter und die Schriftrolle.

Ich habe dieses Zusatzpack zusammen mit dem Basisspiel und ein paar DLC's gekoft, da ich tatsächlich Neuling bin.
Die Rolle und den Salamander habe ich bekommen.
Die 1500 Kronen allerdings nicht. Ich habe diese ominösen 72 Stunden abgewartet, nichts passierte. Danach habe ich eines dieser Tickets eingereicht. Noch...ist nichts passiert.
Falls jemand ähnliche Issues hatte und seine Kronen später doch noch bekam, wäre ein Hinweis oder Anmerkung sehr lieb =)

Da ich mir dieses Starterpaket vor allem wegen der Kronen erworben hatte gibts deswegen erst einmal einen Daumen runter. Da ich ja nicht der Einzige bin, dem das augenscheinlich passiert ist, gibts erst recht einen Daumen runter, da das Problem wohl schon sehr viel länger zu bestehen scheint...

Also ich habe mir dieses Paket gekauft, in der Hoffnung mir mit den enthaltenen Kronen die neue Klasse zu kaufen. Nach dem Kauf kam alles an, bis auf den Kronen. Der Support sagte mir es kann bis zu 72 Stunden dauern. Es sind aktuell etwas über 24 Stunden vergangen und noch habe ich keine Kronen erhalten. Ich kann verstehen, dass sowas dauern kann aber 72 Stunden zu warten bis man etwas bekommt für das man bezahlt hat ist schon Hart. Ich meine warum hab ich dann den Rest schon direkt bekommen aber die Kronen brauchen so lange. Daher würde ich sagen Falls Ihr die Kronen schnell braucht solltet Ihr die 50/50 Chance die mir aus den Reviews hervorgeht nicht in Kauf nehmen.
Update: 48 Stunden vergangen und noch immer keine Kronen.

1500 Crowns kosten so schon 12.99€ + ein wenig extra Zeug da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Würde es öfter kaufen wenn ich könnte xD

I received my pet and scroll immediately but it has been 2 days and I still don't have my 1500 crowns. I am waiting for a response from support about this after searching the internet for info. It seems that this is a recurring problem. If I receive my crowns soon, I will update my review.

i bought this years ago when i was first starting the game. only ever got the lizard. still waiting to this day for the crowns
i wouldnt recommend this to anyone its a waste. and even if you do take the issue higher up nothings ever done. its upsetting

Good stuff, the only problem is that Crowns may not be delivered which means that you have to sub a ticket with proof in order to get it back.

This is a mess yes, due to MY error it took over a month to get my crowns. I still recommend it as when I finally figured out ZOS was replying via email I got the crowns added in two seconds. I sent a ticket in ESO and they replied to my steam email. If I had known that it would have been easy peasy. So I do recommend this pack but if the crowns are missing after the 3 day mark drop a ticket but know your email. THEY WILL FIX IT. One more note if you buy make sure to screenshot all emails and receipts so you have easy access to them. You will need them if the crowns do not add to your account automatically. If you buy crowns and just crowns they add instantly so far as I can tell as I am a junkie and have bought crowns three times because....um...sales?!?!

Gave me everything it listed on the Newcomer Pack, for those who are waiting for it to arrive. It isn't like a gatcha game system where it pops up on its own. I got a little News Flash: CHECK YOUR MAIL!!! ALL OF THE PACKS END UP THERE FIRST FOR YOU TO RETRIEVE AS AN ATTACHMENT, GO THERE AND GET THE ATTACHMENT AND THERE YOU GO!!!

why i only get 500 crown, 150% exp and pet. where 1000 crown again?

update : 04 august 2021 i contact cust sup and after 1 day i must wait 72 h to check crown. if i didnt receive my 1000 crown , i must contact cust again :) and now its 06 august, lets see did they send me my 1000 crown ?

no. its still 500 on my account.

i will change review if i get my 1000 crown.

update after 69 h i contact again and 1 h later they reply...
and finnally i get my 1000 crown+ they give me 500 crown. total 2000 crown for this package.

Does not provide the crowns apparently and I'm a few days in emailing customer support to try and get them. Pain in the ass and they genuinely don't seem to give a crap about their customers or getting this resolved. Should honestly probably be taken down from steam until they fix their software responsible for delivering the crowns.

Hopefully it will get resolved in time.

For how many crowns you get, you're probably better off getting a month of ESO plus, unless you really want the pet.

My advice: DO NOT BUY THE NEWCOMER PACK. the cheap crowns are not worth the frustration.

4 emails and 5 days in, still did not receive the 1500 crowns. customer service of bethesda is not designed to care - my ticket has been attended to by 4 different individuals by now without an inch of progress.

went on a limb and just bought the pack with my purchase of base game eso despite the negative comments; lo and behold i fall into the group that did not receive the crowns and end up in a meaningless tussle with bethesda customer support.

Don't let the negative reviews turn you away from this, I'ts a very good deal, I got everything i was suppose to get, I don't understand why this has so many negative reviews? If you didn't get your stuff or crowns, just email them and they will fix it, sure it be a little slow sometimes but they WILL fix it.

Never received crowns, got a panther pet.. and experience scrolls but i think that was from some other thing going on.. when I clicked on the newcomer pack after purchasing it.. the screen just locked up. . seems to be half bugged .. read reviews.. avoid wasting $10

I didn't get the 1500 crowns, only the pet and a scroll so I sent a support ticket. I got a reply from a Devon saying he reviewed my account and confirmed that I did receive 1500. That's absolutely not true. The only crowns I got was the 3000 crowns I bought after I purchased the newcomer pack. Please fix this. Me and 4 other friends just bought the game today, and already we're off to a bad start.

Got the 1500 coins and all the other content immediately after purchase. I have read that others have had delays in receiving their coins so was a bit sceptical at first but had zero issues. like one of the other reviews have mentioned check your in game mail (press N and go to the highlighted letter symbol)

Absolute rubbish this thing doesn't work. Buy it, crowns added, items in the mail. Really not that hard.

The salamander glows in the dark when it flames too, great.

Really leaving this review for zos, this dlc is okay, the new pack with the mount is completely scammy because you have to pay extra over the crown value for the mount. If i ever buy that i'll leave a negative review.

i would say yes do get it's a cheap way to get 1,500 crowns a pet and scroll but just note that you have to use the crowns this pack doesn't come with necromancer you have to buy it in the crown store

Well, like many others it would seem, I still haven't received the 1500 crowns. I got an in-game email with the salamander and the scroll attached and claimable. The email stated that 1500 crowns had been added to my account but they never showed up and now I have to produce proof of purchase and blah blah while the customer service has gone AWOL ...
I guess that with so many issues already, they are perfectly aware of the problem but aren't doing much to solve it.

If you buy DLC, you should be able to access that DLC immediately. Logging on/off should be all that is required for you to retrieve your purchase. I purchased this and 1500 Crowns separately so I'd have enough crowns with the 500+ I already had saved to get the Summerset DLC in-game. I never received the crowns, as others have stated as well in the reviews. This is incredibly annoying, as the support site says it can take 24-72 hours for your crowns to update. I realize that this is simply an inconvenience, but if I'm throwing money at a game I've already spent a pile of $ on (previous subscriber since launch, many crown purchases in the past for various DLC's) I should be able to acquire and play the content immediately that I'm paying for. Imagine ordering chinese food and having to wait 2-5 days for it to show up, and then it never does and you now have to write a letter to the restaurant and wait for them to write back so they can see why your order wasn't sent, and then finally, 2 weeks after that, getting your order of kung-pow chicken. Seriously!? Zenimax? Bethesda? Just let me play the game I'm paying for. Uuuugh

This is a Neutral (informative) feedback rather than Good.
Buy this pack only if you want to test your luck, cause a lot of people had their 1500 crowns missing. So was i.
Once purchased I received a pet and EXP scroll immediately via in-game mail, but no crowns.
Then I have created a ZOS support ticket and it took an agent 12 days to respond and fix my issue. They've added 1500 crowns to my account manually after all.

waste of money. they did not give me my crowns and when i emailed bethesda they sent initial reply wanting screenshots and info but now have not replied since and i have emailed them 2 times other than the initial email. very poor customer service.

pretty nice pack the crowns are helpful for dlc sales, picked up an 4dlc pack half price 2000 v.s 4000
which made this pack well worth the cost.

the flame salamanders an pretty cool pet to have, plus flames up at times adding an little extra light like an lantern which helps light up those darker areas.

the exp scroll well thats an bonus compared to everything else since its only an temporary item, yet every boost is helpful in the long run.

some advice make sure your account for the game is tied to your steam account so when you purchase this it goes thru smoothly, since some seem to be having problems with it redeeming properly

Opened the in-game mail and got the scroll and salamander, but not the crowns. More than two weeks later still missing the 1500 Crowns. Tried contacting customer support, but no response. Based on the reviews, I'm not the only one who's had problems with the Newcomer Pack.

Do not buy! There's a good chance you won't get what you pay for!!!

I would love to recommend this piece of content but as of this review I did not receive part of what I paid for specifically the 1500 crowns your are suppose get as part of the pack. 12.99 CAD does not sound like a lot of money but when you just bought the game it adds up suffice to say I am disappointed with the customer service. I hope this issue gets resolved but before anyone else spends their hard earned money on this piece of content.

I mean shit man, if you're boutta buy some Crowns anyway you may as fucking well, it's cheaper to buy this than 1500 crowns anyways, so why not right? The pet's adorable imo and the XP scroll is useful-ish but not completely oh-my-god necessary as EXP grants are actually really fair and the game isn't very grindy, but the crowns are the real deal here.

get 15$ worth of crowns for 10$? you need to do the math if you don't think that's the best deal.
