We're rolling out a custom map maker with Steam Workshop support. This means you can make and publish your own maps, or download and play maps produced by other members of the community.
What's included:
- Variable map size - use the slider to make the map longer or shorter.
- Trench Selection - place trenches with predefined upgrades, or even the latest...
- Land mines - protect your trench with land mines placed in no man's land (Land mines are only available in custom maps.)
- Decorative items such as tree stumps, barrels, and barbed wire can be placed in no man's land, but they're not just decorative - they'll impact troop movements and slow their progress.
In addition to this new feature, we've also listened to some complaints. Yes, the French Tanks were a bit over the top. That's fixed now. The French still have some great tanks, and they get them for less...but the research costs are higher to push them a little later in the game when other armies are better prepared to give them a good fight.
Now get out there and make some amazing maps, publish to the workshop, and have fun with Stickman Trenches!
