As many of you have noticed, we have shown you some of the worst encounters you can expect in the Paradise Hotel. However, there may be worse things lurking in the hotel.

Fortunately, to defend yourself, you can not only count on your handgun, as you can see in this gameplay sequence, but also on a new weapon which will be extremely useful to survive during your adventure.

Also in this video, we have shown you that new gameplay mechanics, such as the use of tools will help you to get out of this nightmare. For instance, some of these tools will enable you to access certain areas of the hotel. We have been creating and tailoring several types of environments with the goal to keep you immersed at all times.



To survive, you will sometimes have to use your brain in order to progress in your adventure. Read the notes found along the way as they will definitely be helpful to solve some puzzles.

Let's move on to the slightly more hidden elements that you may not have noticed.

We are very proud of the Propagation: Paradise Hotel user interface created by Guilhem, our UI designer. His job is to make sure that the interface is not too intrusive to keep you immersed in the right atmosphere, according to the art direction. We'll do a steam hub post later to show you more of the UI-related work and how we’ve applied it to Propagation: Paradise Hotel.



Obviously, one of the most important things about our appearance at the UploadVR Showcase is the first time you see our main character: Emily. We’ve spent a lot of time creating her and everyone in the team chipped in to bring her to life.

Finally, we are extremely happy and proud to work with the talented artist Dean Kopri for the music in Propagation: Paradise Hotel. By the way, the music he custom made for this video has the same vibe as the music you’ll hear in the game.
