Prison Simulator: Prologue
takes you back to the past and shows you the cruellest events that the walls of this prison have seen. Everything starts inconspicuously. Exactly as if you have just started another boring shift at work. But you see that something is going on..

Everything looks a little different here. Prisoners are disgusting swines who will do anything to humiliate you. They're starting to rule here. You want to show them where they belong? It won't be easy at all.

For months of humiliation, execution and other stupid ideas, they will finally say "enough". Maybe today, maybe next month. Who knows? One thing is certain. Only you will stay in this shit. Yes, you. You're alone. It's up to you whether these reptiles go back to prison or you get out of this jail in a black bag.

Have you ever seen real fights? Fire everywhere? Prisoners destroying the whole prison? Or maybe your super-amazing coworker lost his keys a few days ago?
Those will be funny days in this facility. For you, for sure.

You always wanted to shoot? Did you dream about weapons at night? Great. Grab a gun, because without it you can catch a ride into the afterlife. But if you think you're a fighter, you don't have to use it. Take your nightstick and go! Maybe you will get something special? Maybe.

Take part in negotiations, or at least try it. Maybe you can do it. Benches are burning in the yard, there is a battle for tables in the canteen and the workshop turns into a slaughterhouse. So what will you do now? Fight. You are a guard. You rule here. They're only convicts, they're sitting for murder, rape and theft. For you, it's a piece of cake.

Recht kurzer Prolog der aber einen guten Einblick in die Spielmechaniken gibt. Hat Potenzial. Gefunden habe ich kleinere Bugs und Übersetzungsfehler. Leichte FPS-Drops. Aber nichts dramatisches für work in progress.

Das Spiel ist schon nicht schlecht gemacht, wäre vielleicht noch Cool wenn man auch mal als Gefangener spielen könnte oder mit Multiplayer aber wer weiß was noch kommt ich lass mich überraschen :)

Es ist ein schönes kleines Spiel.

Die Missionen sind soweit abwechslungsreich und vielfältig.

Probleme bisher:

Ich habe folgendes PC System:
RTX 2080 Ti, I7 6700K, 32 GB DDR 4 Ram und es läuft auf Hohen Settings 4K nur auf 35-45 FPS.
In der Mission, wo der RIOT läuft, habe ich in der Kantine extreme FPS Drops und befinde mich bei 10-15 FPS.

Auf Mittleren Settings, 4K mit oben genanntes System:
55-70 FPS und ab der RIOT Mission generell Drops auf 40 FPS. Nur in der Kantine wieder extreme Drops auf 20 FPS. Hier liegt bestimmt ein Fehler vor?

Mir war zudem auf dem Hof, als die Häftlinge Pause hatten das Tutorial zu schnell. Erst kommt ein kurzes Tutorial, wie man Leute bestraft. Dann verprügeln sich gefangene und 30 Sekunden später bricht ein Feuer aus. Und man weiß nicht genau, wie man die Pausen Zeit beendet für die Gefangenen weil so viel auf einmal passiert.

Die Dialoge sind in Textboxen, das ist auch gut. Nur wenn man an NPC`s vorbei läuft, sagen die etwas was nur über deren Kopf steht. Ich kann das manchmal gar nicht so schnell lesen, weil in dem Moment, wo ich es dann lesen möchte, der Text verschwindet. Das muss optimiert werden!

Das Waffen reinigen ist zwar cool. Leider ist es ein bisschen umständlich gemacht (vorallem der Part, mit dem Ohrenstäbchen die Visier vorrichtungen säubern)

Ansonsten ist die Grafik dafür ganz hübsch für ein Indie Spiel. Und bin gespannt was da so kommt. Bitte lasst euch Zeit, damit Performance und Inhalt nicht enden, wie bei Cyberpunk oder EA und Bethesda spiele (Selbst AAA Studios haben extreme Bugs nach Release aber die arbeiten auf Druck der Sponsoren und Ihr könnt euch Zeit lassen)

Leider ist die die story sehr kurz und man ist nach 1st Fertig hätte es gerne länger gespielt freute mich aber sehr auf das komplette game

its the same mini games over and over... there really isn't a whole lot of content to play... i had high hopes for this game but it's truly a disappointment..

I thoroughly enjoyed playing the Demo as well as the Prologue. I really like the different Routines you have to do and how in depth they are. Also the activities you can do are enjoyable. The Respect System between you, your fellow Guards, and the Prisoners is also a really cool mechanic and ads to the realism of being a Prison Guard. Been looking forward to playing the Full version since I've started playing!

Game was alright considering it is free, I would probably not pay for it.
I think the game has a long ways to go, but I am excited to see where it leads to.
6/10, will entertain you for an hour or so and it is free so why not.

Yikes, negative acceleration on mouse view, the strangest form of headbob I've seen in any game yet, and rebindable controls that breaks context sensitive shit in the game.

loved every minute and i truly felt like a prison officer, except i dont think id have killed the prisoners, but when ive a gun i may as well have used it hahahahah. dog eat dog in this game hahaha

Very promising, really fun to create your friends in the game and then watch them randomly get assigned to hate each other and ask you to beat them up for you.

All I have to say is wow. Just wow. Ive played this game for a little over an hour and can now confidently say I recommend it, Its actually a very well made first person game. As soon as I got into the game, I knew this was my kind of game, even though its a fairly simple concept. If you havent already, go try it for yourself. I would definitely be fully willing to pay for this game, but I do have some constructive criticism. First of all, the easiest mode in the game isnt the easiest, which is especially noticeable during riots. Its just a bit too hard to deal with 20 prisoners chasing you at once when all you have is a baton and you also have to deal with fires. Second, I think there are too many game mechanics being piled on you really quickly. I think new mechanics should be spread out over the course of a few in-game days so you actually remember all of the mechanics. And three, I think it would be better if your character on the map was more noticeable and bigger so you know where you are in the prison easier. Thats about all the things I would change, but other than that, great game! I think I will definitely continue playing it. Keep up the good work, devs!
