Man hat keinen echten Single Player und freischalten kann man nur uninteressanten Krempel.
Für unter 50 Cent oder so kann man sich das mal geben, wenn man mal ein bisschen gegeneinander daddeln möchte.
Statt einen Single Player gibt es ein KI-Rennen mit unnötiger Wartezeit und ohne Pause.
In einer Runde hatte ich sogar das Glück, die beste KI zu erwischen. Bis auf 1 Fahrzeug fuhren alle andere gegen die Wand und drückten mich mit.

Wer es noch nicht kennt, sollte sich das Spiel ohne Micro Machines Lizenz mit dem Namen Toy Box Turbo anschauen. Es ist um Welten besser.

Für einen Preis von 10 Euro lohnt es sich nicht. Ich würde sagen Gratis nimmt es nur Speicherplatz weg. Es lässt sich nicht mit der Maus bedienen und die Tastenbelegungen lassen sich NICHT ändern. Man benutzt die Pfeiltasten zum Steuern und Enter zum Interagieren. Im Kampf ist die Steuerung schlecht und lässt sich wie gesagt NICHT ändern. Mir wird angezeigt das ich mit einen Controller spielen kann, wer hätte es gedacht, es funktioniert nicht.

An sich wäre das Spiel ganz gut wenn da nicht die langen Ladezeiten wären und wie bei mir es einfach mal im Lademenü stehen bleibt und es garnicht mehr startet. Evtl. spiel ich es bald noch einmal an, aber ich glaube nicht das ich dann länger im Spiel verbringen werde... =/ SCHADE!

nur KI-Gegner, kaum Strecken, lange Lade-, bzw. Suchzeiten... Sehr enttäuschend. Der Preis ist eine Frechheit dafür!

Ein Spiel der alten Schule in neuen Gewand.

1997 auf der Playstation war Micro Machines V3 eines der lustigsten Spiele das ich mit Freunden zockte.
Es hat sich bei dem neuen Teil der Reihe nicht geändert ;) ( nur die Freunde :))

+Grafik ist gut (für so ein Spiel aus der Vogelperspektive)
+Sound ist in Ordnung
+Fun Faktor mit Freunden sehr hoch :) Lokaler KOOP gemeint
+Steuerung der Fahrzeuge ist unterschiedlich (Kurvenverhalten)
+Es gibt verschiedene Spielarten. z.b: *Bombe holen und zur Gegner Base bringen
*Oder wer aus dem Bildschirm fährt ist ausgeschieden

-Die einzelnen Strecken sind meines Erachtens teilweise sehr kurz.
-Man kann keine Fahrzeuge freischalten.
-Man kann keine Strecken freischalten.
-Das Warten vor einem Rennen dauert manchmal ewig und dann spielt man nur gegen KI.
-29.99 Euro ist ein wenig überspannt.

Am Anfang sehr lustig, aber ich glaube mit der Zeit wird es nur etwas für zwischendurch mit Freunden wo man nicht ständig jemanden abknallen muss.

Love it, wie damals nur mit besserer Grafik.

Ich muss noch dazu sagen dass ich negative Bewertungen nicht gerechtfertigt sind.
Dass man hier kein Spiel erwarten kann welches man 100 Stunden durchgehend zockt sollte jedem eigentlich bewusst sein. Es macht Spaß und ist genau das Richtige für zwischendurch oder um mit Freunden zusammen zu Spielen.

Stimmt schon es ist etwas wenig Contend da aber ich denke dass da bestimmmt mit Patches oder kostenlosen DLC´s nachgeholfen wird.

Ich habe schon sehr viel schlechtere Spiele für deutlich mehr Geld gesehen.

I'm only really recommending this because I don't think it deserves such bad reviews. But it's fun enough, if all you want is a very simple racing game with a bit of nostalgia.

I remember Micro Machines on the Sega Mega Drive brilliant game this however is nothing like it except better graphics and that's it.
There is no single player campaign only you vs AI or online player.

Oh dear. This is not like the excellent Toybox Turbos at all. The cars are all over the place and terrible to try to control. The fun is not there because of too many attacks. How could such a potentially nice looking and fun game have been destroyed by terrible mechanics and design choices so badly? What a shame!

Right, I remember Micro Machines on PS1. It was funny, full of cool characters and different maps and would be a great game to bring back. This though, I played for 23 mins and, in that time, I have experienced everything this game has to offer. I honestly think it only has one map. What happened to the snooker table? The garden? Any of the old but great maps. Thankfully, I was gifted this game while it was on sale, however, it shouldn't even be worth the 50p my friend paid.

Small game reminding old times with old Micro Machines. Great stages, pretty competitive AI like in old one. Multiplayer is sadly dead. If you want to return to micro machines racing its pretty ok to get this game to do 1-2 races if you are bored from other games. Worth to get on sale. Lootboxes and cash for skins ruined this game cause made it abit too farming.

Before I bought this, I thought maybe the reviews are not justified.
They were right.

This is probably the worst MM game to ever exist, ever.
No career mode, handling is trash and has lootboxes.
Has 12 cars and only 10 tracks.

Not worth it.

This game's good fun with friends. All the cars are basically the same, not many special items, you play with AI, etc... Despite that it really is a decent little racer. Maybe just get it when it's on sale.

This game is amazing, the only problem is that there are almost no other online players in the game, so the game after a while waiting to find an online match the game connects you to play with bots. I think that if people buy this game, it will instantly become on of the best games, I recommend people to buy it and play with friends at the beginning and when the players will be enough online games will be finally real.
Addition: Christmas are almost here, the same goes to quarantine, in my opinion this is the best time to make this game shine!

The game is beautiful to watch and i'm having a lot of fun. I love to play the race mode and even though there are no players online the AI opponents are very competitive in a way that makes you think you're play with actual people.

Um not really sure why this is getting such bad ratings. It's basically a remake of the old MicroMachines game yes, but it's also twisted metal light, and even gives me Rock N Roll racing vibes. Not understanding the bag ratings at all, game is perfectly fine and stupidly fun for an afternoon or with friends...? go figure not sure what else people wanted lol.

Terrible wast of effort. The design on the controls is horrendous. Top down racing games that change directions up / down / right / left can NOT have fixed controls for steering direction. You constantly have to make your mind work in reverse to simply steer the car. After owning Renegade Ops (excellent game even still in 2020) for many years I can tell these controls make sense. Obviously this could be in part to my familiarity with Renegade Ops control layout so it is possible someone who has never played a game like this could learn to enjoy these controls. For me this made the game last about 10mins with no options to change controls. I have always loved Micro Machines type games in their kid style play arenas driving over board games ,etc. All the developer needed was more control options like FIXED DIRECTION and 360 DIRECTION options and the game I am sure would be great. Wish I could get my couple of bucks back even, i will never play this.

This game negative reviews should be revides because a lot of things people complained were improved.
As a fan of micro machines duels (with my brother) here are the pluses of this game:
+ several original levels (i think it is enough)
+ possible shortcuts to master
+ great music (it's a good idea to max the volume and lower the sounds)
+ each car has its own style of driving (people complain they are the same)

The minuses could be few weapons (Nerf sponsored, big mistake), no tanks (well shooting ones, at least) and sometimes unfair point giving (to someone who was off the track). And of course because of the negative reviews the online multiplayer is practically dead (it shouldnt be now with the improvements).
So I can only duel with my brother, which is still a lot of fun.

That moment when you can't even complete the tutorial because it forces you to use HOME key... which my keyboard doesn't have, lmao. Yes you have an option to change bindings... except that one.

About the race it looks very bland, huge downgrade from V4. Codemasters are decreasing on the enjoyment value, same happened with GRID brand, failure at failure, not able have decent sucessors after the original ones. Don't break formats that work. People are getting tired of the marketing and failed promises on the enjoyment value. It's sad, because I used to think Codemasters was the best company by far making racing games, even including MicroMachines. But it's turning into an EA. Bland Marketing with fake promises may gain new fans that stick for 1 or 2 years, but at the same time shoves away diehard fans of many years.

The game in its self is fun, its basically Toybox Turbos 2, its very similar in every way, but the problem is this is a online only based game, and there is literally zero people playing it online, so its not worth buying at all.

Awful game with ZERO content,
All cars behave exactly the same, 3 weapons, There is no career or season mode, just single races where the map is chosen at random against 11 other cars, 5 laps, finishes in 2 mins. No variety.
Bored after 5 mins.... literally nothing to do on this game other than just replay single boring races.

ok yes i know this game is a bad micro machines game, actually its the worst is sucks dont get this.
but, a game on its own, its not bad. now for 30 bucks hell no are you stupid, but for say 5 or 7 its not that bad, no one plays it, ive never found a player so even online your forced to play with bots. i played 6 races and reached 21st in the world. nice.

This game is basically a down version of its predecessor (Toybox Turbos) which was brilliant. With even less content and a disappointing single player mode this game sucks! It has been over complicated with too many controlling functions and together with the battle arenas takes away the core basics of what made all the previous games so good. I do appreciate the more realistic graphics as any one would in this day and age of video games but having too many features and not enough content is a heart breaker. Code Masters ought to bring back the best of the franchise 'Toybox Turbos' with a much bigger version and much more content and that would be a winner. The 'World Series' is a thumbs down from me.

No single player, only 12 cars, all cars go the same speed (compared to the old games with the formula cars being much faster than dump trucks for example), no hop, no playlist queue for online multiplayer, 3 varieties of weapon in elimination and race, only 10 tracks, worse in every way than MMV3.

Maybe it will be updated, but it's a long way off being a good game at the moment.
