Die Zugsteuerung erfolgt gemäß der Realität - Geschwindigkeitssteigerung und Bremsen, Sie können Türen öffnen, Kameras wechseln, Zugansagen wechseln und viele andere Funktionen.
Ein sehr wichtiger Teil jeder U-Bahn und Eisenbahn sind Eisenbahnampeln. Im Spiel ist die Mechanik der Ampeln implementiert, und der Spieler kann die Pfeile wechseln.
Die Passagiere sehen real aus. Sie reagieren auf den ankommenden Zug, steigen ein und wählen freie Plätze im Zug aus. Wenn die Passagiere sehen, dass der Zug an dem Bahnhof ankommt, den sie fahren, stehen sie im Voraus in der Nähe der Türen, um den Zug zu verlassen. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, das Spiel aus den Augen des Passagiers zu sehen. Sie können den Zug jederzeit verlassen, um sich die Stationen anzusehen.

Sie sehen die schönste U-Bahn der Welt - die Moskauer Metro. Die Stationen und Tunnel werden der Realität entsprechend so genau wie möglich erstellt. Auf den Schienenabschnitten werden alle Steigungen und Kurven beobachtet. Um dieses Spiel als Early Access zu teilen, haben wir zwei Linien vorbereitet - 8A (Solntsevskaya Line) und 11 (Big Circle Line).

Zunächst stehen zwei Arten von Zügen zur Verfügung: "Oka" und "Moskau".

Die Grafik ist verbesserungswürdig, die Steuerung eine Katastrophe so muss man schon während des Tutorials wie ein blöder auf der Tastatur rumhämmern, damit man weiter kommt, weil die Maustasten zum Fortsetzung des Tutorials bereits vom Spiel belegt sind. Ich kann dieses Spiel zumindest nach dem jetztigen Stand der Dinge nicht empfehlen, alleine deshalb schon nicht weil es nicht stabil läuft. Vielleicht nimmt sich der Entwickler den einen oder anderen Kommentar zu Herzen und bessert nach, weil verbessern wenn es eine positive Resonanz will, muss es sich dringend

Ich habe mir das Spiel nun 2 Wochen nach dem Release gekauft. Bei dem Game kommen auf jeden Fall Early Acces Feelings auf, jedoch ist es spielbar und macht auch in gewisser Weise Spaß, auch wenn die Steuerung, Sound, Physik usw. noch ziemlich einfach gehalten ist. Tutorials sind in vielen Sprachen verfügbar und trotz kleinen Übersetzungsfehler verständlich.

Ob der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, ist schwierig zu sagen. Am besten einfach mal ausprobieren. Zurückgeben kann man das Game ja schließlich noch, falls es einem nicht gefällt.

Das Spiel hat sehr gutes Potential und hat eventuell eine gute Zukunft.
Doch leider gibt es noch ein paar Dinge die Noch bearbeitbar sind, wie..

-Zug Physik (Train physiks)
-Mehr Tunnelformen und Typen und Farben
-Und vielleicht neue Züge Hinzufügen
-Wie auch ein besseres (mehr Realistisches) Overlay von der Zugsteuerung
aber sonst ist das Spiel spielbar und kann in der Zukunft verbessert werden.

Hallo, ich möchte in diesen Review euch etwas weiterbringen ob ihr euch das produkt kauft oder nicht.
POSITIV: Sehr geile Simulation mit 20,- und zwei Linien sowie 2 Züge einmal denn Oka und einmal denn Moscow, aber die Grafik geht auch alles jut.

NEGATIV: Die weichen stellen sich im Freien Spiel nicht automatisch, die AI ist zwar gut aber man mann nicht durch denn Moderneren Moscow komplett durchlaufen sondern ist immer am ende dess wagons eine unsichbare wand das muss umbedingt gefixt werden.

ZUSAMM: Kauft euch das lieber wenn es in Sale ist für 10,- oder 15,- aber 20,- ist da zu viel .

Hello, I would like to bring you a little further in this review whether you buy the product or not.
POSITIVE: Very awesome simulation with 20, - and two lines as well as 2 trains once for Oka and once for Moscow, but the graphics are all fine.

NEGATIVE: The soft turn automatically in the free game, the AI is good but you can not go through modern Moscow completely but is always an invisible wall at the end of the wagons that must be fixed.

TOGETHER: Better buy it when it is in sale for 10, - or 15, - but 20, - is too much.

Das Spiel ist sehr cool und hat eine sehr gute Grafick. Leider wird es immer heller und heller,biss mann nicht mann spielen kann. Und bitte macht den alten moscower zug rein!!!

Ein schöner wenn auch kleiner Simulator zur Moskauer Metro. Für Anfänger durchaus empfehlenswert. Man hofft stark in der Zukunft auf Updates und Erweiterungen.

spiel läuft sauber ,AAABER!! Szenario ist doof,drehzal dauernd auf orange,auch wenn du nix machst bist du durchgefallen.
viel zu schwierig!

Es ist ein Early Access Game und das bekommt man sehr deutlich zu spüren.

Bedienung ist umständlich und wenn man kein russisch kann, hat man Schwierigkeiten bei den Bedienungen.

Mich hat das Early Access nicht überzeugt.

Das Spiel ist noch in der Beta 1.0 aber dafür kann es schon relativ viel also ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

[+] Mann kann sich frei im Bahnhof/Depot ,auf den Bahnsteigen bewegen
[+] Es ist interessant (Immer wieder)
[+] Die Sprache mit denn Haltestellen ist sehr gut geworden

Negativ
[-] Es gibt noch Bugs zu beheben (Mir werden die Stationen falsch angezeigt)
[-] Die Personen sehen etwas schlecht aus
[-] Ich finde die U-Bahn Tunnel sehen ohne Seitenlicht etwas gruselig aus
[-] Es gibt erst 2 U-Bahn Linien
[-] Es gibt nur 2 U-Bahn-Züge
[-] Es gibt noch keine AI-Züge (Sollen aber kommen)

Ich finde das Spiel an sich gut umgesetzt auch wenn es einige schlechte Seiten enthält hat mich bis jetzt kein anderer U-Bahn-Simulator überzeugten können.
Diese Review habe ich am 03.05.2019 verfasst. In dieser Phase war erst die Beta 1.0 raus gekommen

Tolle Simulation kann ich nur sagen. Ich hoffe nur, dass sich das Spiel gut weiterentwickelt und man auch die U-Bahn in anderen Ländern fahren kann. Ich würde mir z.B. München wünschen.

Good game but the graphics are too outdated. The game doesn't tell your mistakes, you need to know metro basics in order to know how to play. It's not worth their price, you can find better simulation games by this price. If you are really addicted to trains, believe me, you can find better games rather than this.

Какой ужас.

Одн... Полторы линии метро. Ладно бы хоть кольцевая, но нет -- новые станции которые выглядят как кафельные туалеты.

To put it briefly...
Those who have enjoyed the World of Subways games will most likely enjoy Metro Simulator as well but beware of AI traffic, it can mess up your ride!

From graphics to presentation to game depth, there's nothing that really stands out, but at its core it's a solid but limited Metro simulator with believable physics, well-designed stations, and passengers who get on, sit down, and get off at their stations.

However, you should be able to overlook some minor issues like passengers slightly clipping through objects or the inconsistent texture quality; and the switch arrows floating in the tunnels are somewhat immersion-breaking.
The presentation with a lot of explanatory text is also not a necessarily modern approach, and those who hope for a multitude of scenarios and metro lines should rather wait for a sale or look somewhere else. There's just not a lot of content.

Personally, I enjoy it, so I'm happy to give it a recommendation, even though it's not a game to play for the ages, as driving through the tunnels, which basicly look all the same, do get a bit boring in the long run and the game lacks a certain polished touch.
If you can tolerate this, you can give it a shot.

Possibly I was too close to an AI train and possibly that was indicated to me somewhere, perhaps on the right screen. But maybe not. I have no idea, because on the screen everything is in a secret language, probably Russian.[/strike]

The secondary monitor obviously shows some interesting data, such as the speed at the next signal and much more. I would really appreciate if there was a way to make the secret language readable or if there was at least a manual describing what all the hieroglyphics are about. (Not really hieroglyphics; it's Russian.)

Now the game is playable and with today's update the performance has improved as well, albeit inconsistently.

It is a great core of a game. Needs some TLC on the graphics, and the mechanics of the game. Also, would be great if it could take place in other countries too with metro's. NYC, LA, London all come to mind. 2 years from now, with updates and support this game could be come great. I don't recommend this game at full price at the moment, unless you want to help the developers.

As with most of my games, the number of hours played is wrong, because I'm often in Offline mode.

Metro Simulator 2020 is easily one of the best subway simulators you can get. And it's important to remember that it's still in Early Access, still getting pretty big updates regularly, so many of the reviews here are now based on older versions.

Metro Simulator is a pretty accurate simulation of part of the Moscow underground and its trains. The cab is (imo) really the best part, many functions work (even the monitors give you a real camera view, it's not just a picture or a blank screen as in many other games).

You can also walk around and leave the train if you want to (which again is something you can't do in all train simulators).

Graphics are nice, it's probably not the most advanced stuff you've seen, but just nice and I like the overall look of Metro Simulator and the details (also remember it's a very small team, and with their limited resources they've really created something very impressive here. Creating games is HARD, but these guys definitely have the skill to do it).

I really like the overground Depot area as well and I agree with one of the other reviewers that more overground areas would be nice.

The game is confusing and the train controls are not in English, Id suggest you wait for a few patches before purchasing this game.

I love simulation games, especially (public) transport ones, so when I found this game on sale I took the chance and bought it. It's very obvious in early access/beta (hell, it crashed on me the first time I started it) and sadly very buggy, but I see HUGE potential behind it and very much look forward to future updates.

I really enjoyed the game so far, even tho it's only early access. The train models and stations look very nice (every station looks very close to it's real couterpart). Tho in some places, texture quality could be better (for example written text on information boards in stations). Also AI sometimes doesn't make sense, for example in passenger mode I can wait for 15 minutes with no train arriving. Sometimes it's also very hard to keep schedule (it's too tight in my opinion, but good thing is you can change it by yourself). The signalling system works quite good in my opinion, tho already an update has been announce which will make it even better probably. The physics of the trains seem quite realistic, tho breaks seem to be very weak, even on emergency break application. But maybe that's normal for Moscow's subway trains.

But other than that I really enjoy this simulation a lot already, really looking forward on what's to come!

Worth buying when on %50 off sale.
There are several important bugs (pretty normal for early-access)
sub-par curve rotation physics,
low-quality textures, models and environment in general,
--------
But it is simulation-wise more realistic than World of Subways (more arcade feeling) and Subway Simulator (SS is less sim, more indie).
And LOTUS has years to go for proper subway/metro extension with everything ready as beta...
If this game will ever have workshop support for new maps and trains ; this game will have HUGE POTENTIAL.

Freeware alternative: OpenBVE . But it's way old now , complicated install and there is no freeride in it.
Can be succeeded by: Train Sim World 2020 London Underground Bakerloo Line (release this year) , and LOTUS (will take a long)

The most complicated difficult NON user friendly programs I have ever had the misfortune to download.
To drive takes forever to jump through hoops that dont make sense or do NOT allow easy directions.

Horrible software and whoever thought this one up kindly refund me its terrible and c ertainly NOT up to Steam standards.

Come on STEAM sort it and refund me.

Thank you.. I will be removing this inferior product immediately....

The game itself has still a lot of flaws, but is constantly being improved by regular updates. Because of unsatisfactory situation of subway simulators on the market, even in this state, this game is one of the best subways simulators available. I believe that when development will continue, it might be really the best subway sim to the date.

Because there is sadly not so much fans buying these games and literally every subway game struggle with low budget, if you like the idea and are a fan, you should definitely give it a try and buy it to support development.

If you want to feel like a driver in the Moscow metro, the game will suit you! Learn all the difficulties of the driver and see some of the most beautiful stations, which will then be added. I highly recommend to support a beginner project.

Ever played world of subways but felt kinda sad it didn't take you to Slavic metro lines? This game will fill that niche

If you've ever been on a Russian/Belarusian subway this will feel very much like you are back there as soon as you hit that announcement button for the first time. The only thing missing is the metalic smell! All this while the gameplay itself is very smooth and enjoyable.

Now I'll say something conflicting, except for the lack of current content the game is very playable already. The polish and love that went into stations and even information given in scenarios is very obvious and pleasing. For some reason every station seems to come with its own story, history and style which will keep you engaged throughout the scenarios.

Sadly the lack of polish that went into instrument textures and clunkyness of certain ways the game behaves stop it from being truely immersive.

As of right now I'd say the game is already worth picking up for a tenner. I've yet to encounter any bugs and think the bugs people do encounter is just related to them not reading the instructions and trying to drive through red signals, while in neutral, or have their doors unlocked.

Can't wait to see the moscow metro fleshed out and even other cities in the future!
