Ich bin, ehrlich gesagt, recht enttäuscht. Viel zu kurz, viel zu wenig Dialog... von einem guten Point & click erwarte ich mir mehr. Schade. Trotzdem ist es recht niedlich gemacht. Schade nur, dass es nicht viel hergibt...

Ein sehr schönes, aber auch sehr kurzes Vergnügen. Ich empfehle es für einen freien Nachmittag und nur für den reduzierten Preis.

Lilly Looking Through ist ein niedlich gestaltetes, aber recht kurzes Point&Click Adventure.
In diesem Spiel gibt es einige komplexere Rätsel, dafür aber praktisch keine kleinen Rätsel. Manche der Rätsel waren für mich sehr schnell und leicht zu lösen, während andere wiederum sehr knifflig waren, oder man einfach eine Weile rumexperimentieren musste. Besonders das letzte Rätsel war sehr knifflig und ich habe eigentlich auch nicht wirklich verstanden, was ich da so genau gemacht habe, aber ich habe es dennoch lösen können.

Fazit:
Die Schwierigkeit der Rätsel ist also gut durchmischt. Die Charaktere und deren Animationen sind recht niedlich gestaltet. Leider ist das Spiel aber etwas kurz und das Ende hat sich mir nicht so ganz erschlossen.

Dieses Spiel hat eine wunderschöne, melancholische Atmosphäre, bei dem mir besonders das Konzept mit den zwei Welten gefallen hat (Switch-Brille). Die Rätsel sind ganz gut machbar und nicht zu schwer.

Weniger gut finde ich die Länge des Spiels.. nach der Demoversion blieben dann auch nicht mehr allzu viele Level übrig.
Eine Fortsetzung wäre toll :)

Kann das Spiel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Lilly Looking Through ist ein toller kleiner Indietitel (GeetaGames), welcher mich an die alten Disneyfilme erinnert. Die Hintergründe sind gezeichnet und wirken irgendwie fixiert. Die Heldin des Abenteuers hingegen, wird durch die (süßen) Animation hervorgehoben und stolpert so durch die Szene. Die Musik unterstützt die Atmosphäre und gibt das gewisse Etwas. Ein toller Titel um einfach mal abzuschalten.

Charming with terrific art, but very brief--feels like a demo for itself. Not worth the $10, but an enjoyable hour or two.

It's cute with great art, but very short and simple. Kind of lacks a real ending unfortunately. A child would probably love this, but as an adult man—I thought it was okay.

This is a short and casual little game that was better than I was expected it to be.
Really cute with easy little puzzles. The only downside for me was the ending, which there isn't any as it ends on a cliffhanger for what I would assume was other chapters or a second game that never came to be.
I would recommend it as, like me, you may be pleasantly surprised.

If you enjoy playing games that tell stories without words then Lilly Looking Through is for you. It is a cute short point & click game about a girl going into a journey to save her little brother. She encounters many obstacles that require her to solve puzzles in order to proceed into the next area. With the aid of the goggles she found, Lilly was able to see another dimension? A parallel world perhaps or simply the past where it helps her to find her way to her brother. You can switch between the two worlds to solve the puzzles. It is a fun concept, I enjoyed it.

Music is very relaxing and atmospheric, fitting the game so well. Soundtrack available on Spotify. The artwork is beautiful, some of the areas looked green and bright, and the other gloomy, the game has a nice balance of areas. The character style and color of Lilly and her brother look cartoonish and out of place at first, but you'll get used to the look, it didn't bother me at all.

Now the puzzles vary between easy and difficult, I had to use a video guide for one of them (under the sea) and took a hint for the very last puzzle which is the longest one. It took me around two hours to beat the game without using a guide (except for the ones I mentioned) So the gameplay is quite short. It has ten stages (areas) and each one has its unique puzzle, once you finish it you can proceed to the next area.

+atmospheric soundtrack.
+Kids friendly.
+Variety of puzzles. (Total of 10 areas)
+Interesting wordless story with a cliffhanger.

Cons:
-Short game.
-No steam achievements.

The game ended with a cliffhanger, but I didn't mind it at all, it was a cute experience. This game is perfect for parents to play it with their kids for some family time or people who love puzzles and P&C games.

The game is very cute, and relaxing. I like the style, but there are two things that make me not recommend this game.

a) The ending is very abrupt, and is not an ending. It's like an episodic game, but there is no second episode. The story is not complete, and ends with a giant cliffhanger.

b) The puzzle mechanics involve unskippable cutscenes that can be at times very tedious. Three to five second animations between every step make trial-and-error guessing of what you're supposed to do very exhausting
