Firstly, let’s talk about what's coming to House Flipper for all!
As always, with the release of the paid DLC, we’ve prepared a bunch of features for all of our dearest players.
Aside from optimising RAM usage and FPS, we’ve also decided to give you a few more features…
From now on, you can reset houses from your office in case something goes wrong or you simply want to repeat it. If you do so, you’ll be refunded 60% of the money spent on that house.
This should help with crashes happening on older consoles. And yes this and every free feature is coming both to consoles and pc.

As mentioned a few times before, here’s what you can expect in the DLC!
Before we finish, let me show you how exactly the renting will work…
Instead of selling the flipped property, you’ll be able to select a rent price and receive a steady flow of money while it is rented.
