Far Cry 4 – Escape From Durgesh Prison

Far Cry 4 ist ein Open-World First-Person Story Shooter mit der typischen Ubisoft-Formel, inklusive aller damit einhergehender Stärken und Schwächen.

Dieses DLC bietet eine einzige neue Mission. Die besteht darin, daß man genau dasselbe, was man schon im Hauptspiel macht, wieder macht. Nur mit einem Zeitlimit und Permadeath. Wir starten irgendwo in der Mitte der Karte in einem der bekannten Towerund (also nicht etwa in einem Gefängnis) müssen zu einem bestimmten Punkt auf der Karte kommen. Dort erwartet uns eine Art Superkampf, der einfacher wird, wenn wir andere Aufgaben auf der Karte erfüllen und Zeit gutgeschrieben bekommen und aufleveln. Denn wir starten wieder als Noob, ohne jegliche Upgrades.

Also: das Add-On ist das Hauptspiel, nur mit höherem Schwierigkeitsgrad und einem Zeitlimit.

Wenn jemand den Auftrag gegeben hätte, das sinnloseste und bescheuertste DLC zu machen und dabei so faul wie möglich zu sein, dieses DLC wäre dabei rausgekommen. Eine einzige Frechheit, die an Abzocke nicht zu überbieten ist.

Daß Ubisoft sich nicht für seine Kunden interessiert, ist ja mitlerweile mehr als bekannt. Daß die Ubisoft-Formel eine Garantie für permanente Langeweile ist, auch. Aber das hier ist wirklich das Allerletzte.

Hauptspiel super, aber dieses DLC ist einfach nur langweilig.Keine Kaufempfehlung

It works, you need to activated the game in your uplay. Copy the Productkey and paste it at uplay. Then it works, easy.

The game is pretty funny, played it already with my friend! Great work!

Viel zu schwer. Macht einfach keine Spaß. Far Cry 4 ist geil, aber das ist einfach nur das allerletzte für Gelegenheitspieler die nicht den ganzen Tag mit Pizza und Cola vorm Rechner sitzen

ich kaufe kein zweites mal ,hab die gold edition gekauft und die dlc kann ich nicht spielen so ein frechheit von ubisoft:( 30euro dafür umsonst bezahlt

this is a fun dlc, but worth 3 to 5 $ tops so get it on sale.
it is a race against the clock to play in 30 minutes.
you wont lose anything special if you don't play it either.

This isn't bad but really should be combined into the main game. It was buggy in some areas and the first game for me to crash in farcry 4.
My biggest issue with this DLC is you couldn't save properly. It was a timer that just kept resetting everytime you restarted but you kept all your stuff, skills and crafted items. It would have made more sense if they allowed a full save and a timer that stayed constant rather then a weird scenerio reset each time but you keep all your stuff. It took the realism out of the game and it started just feeling like ground hog day... you know sometimes I need to quit the game to go lunch ?!?. I didn't mind so much that there were no shops, that made it quite fun.
When it did save was sometimes buggy and I had to edit save files to get the correct save (so i didn't start losing weapons i searched hard for).
Altogether not terrible but I only suggest if you get it part of the package or on sale. otherwise its just not worth it.

Not even worth the review... stealing this one:

I got really frustrated to pointlessly trying to do the few missions to get some better defense at the final battle - just to die and lose all that stuff.

Perfect game, crap DLC. Its just an arcade mode, goes last part of normal map, not prison nor something. Gives you some outpost to liberate, and some missions for rewards. When you die its saving your personal progress such as skills and guns, but resets all other completed rewards or missions.

Rewards are upgrades for your extraction point, like mounted guns or caged animals. You need to go there in 30 mins. sure you can increase that time by completing missions.

But its just getting frustrate. And if you have required skills and decent guns, and if your aim is good enough, know survival defend situations, you can finish that DLC.

After 10 minutes of hard defending your heli, you can dislike that DLC too, like me..

Or just dont buy, if you have already dont even play, its not related for story, nor achievements there. Basically its just repetitive cancer

The worst Far Cry 4 DLC, it's not pleasant to play because of the countdown timer, and you can't save progress. I would have asked a refund if I got this DLC as a stand-alone instead of part of the season pass

Just horrible... You start off with a knife, no skills, no equipment, leaving you practically defenseless. And you have to immediately start attacking medium to hard outposts to try and get stronger, which is really difficult since you have no weapons and such a limited amount of time. Not to mention if you die at all it's permanent and you will have to start from the very beginning again. It makes it more stressful than fun, just not worth it.

It's quite unique concept of DLC, but I don't think it's that fun to play in 2020. There is much more replayable content in e.g. Far Cry New Dawn. Still, 6/10.

Just... utter garbage. Between the time limit, the randomized high level enemies, and the fact you start with nothing, this dlc is painful to play. The only redeeming parts it has were copy-pasted from the main game. This dlc is a complete waste of time and frustration.

Second dlc for season pass owners. 30 minute challenge. 10$.

Pros
More lines with pagan (if you like him)
A slight more amount of outpost, side missions, crafting.

Cons
Not apart of story progress. This is a challenge, anything you have in single player is gone it is a complete reset for your charecter and does not contribute anything to single player.

Only thing you accomplice is a higher score, no sp or mp rewards.

Since it is a challenge you die and lose everything you did and restart (but maybe not since for a odd reason when i died it kept only a few of my skills and ditched the rest)

Overall

In the end I do not recomend this as a single purchase if you want this pay 20$ more for the season pass, this dlc is just a branch off the main campaign, recycled outposts, missions and weapons. only new content is pagans lines and a new single mission yumas wrath (boat convoy). You have same skills doing same exact named outposts, and the missions hostage rescue, assasination, and more. If you want to play the main campaign content but compete in a leaderboard this is a nice addition to the season pass, but for a single purchase of 10$ for 30 minutes of recyled conten its not good.

TO THOSE WITH SEASON PASS AND CANNOT PLAY THIS DLC

1. Go to your Steam Library.

2. Right-click on Fary Cry 4

3. Properties

4. DLC tab

5. Check that Season pass box is Ticked. If it is. Try unticking, then repeat.

(6.) Verify game integrity if the download does not start.

I was having issues not being able to play this DLC and this procedure fixed my problems. PASS IT ALONG.
