Die Spieler tippen ein, was die (wahrscheinlich fürchterliche) Zeichnung ihrer Meinung nach darstellen soll, und dann stimmen alle ? sogar ein Publikum von potenziell Tausenden von Spielern ? darüber ab, was sie für die richtige Antwort halten.

Hurra, ein Jackbox-Spiel auf Deutsch. In Drawful 2 bekommt man unmöglich zu zeichnende Begriffe und malt dann eine Katastrophe von einem Bild. Die anderen Spieler sehen dann das Bild und müssen der Sache einen Titel geben. Anschließend erraten sie welcher der richtige Titel ist. Dieses Spiel belohnt gute Zeichner und Leute, die erkennen, was ihre Freunde mit der Kritzelei gemeint haben, gleichermaßen.

Nicht vergessen, dass jeder Spieler über sein eigenes Smartphone, Tablet oder den Webbrowser spielt. Das ganze funktioniert auch einwandfrei online über Steam Remote Play oder Discord. Und es macht Laune.

wozu muss man das installieren wenn man das eh über den browser oder smartphone spielen soll?
und keine ahnung ab wievielen leuten das überhaupt startbar ist mir 3 gings schon mal nicht.
MP funktion um mit anderen zu spielen gibts nichts. also irgendwie Crap.

Ganz witzige Idee. Man brauch aber ein Handy, Tablet oder ähnliches. Nur am PC geht nicht. Den Anfang macht man aber am PC und kriegt einen Raum Code, diesen Code gibt man z.B am Handy ein und kann so den Raum joinen. Man kann Spiele erstellen und Freunden diesen Code mitteilen. Natürlich geht das auch umgekehrt. Kreativität kennt hier keine Grenzen.

Drawful 2 é um jogo estilo Gartic, fazemos um desenho para os outros jogadores tentarem acertar, porém, podemos dar um título também alternativo ao original do que é pedido. Exemplo, é pedido pra tu desenhares som de fome, aí tu fazes o desenho de um estômago com ondas sonoras ao redor, dá um título alternativo para o desenho, uma isca, por assim dizer, aí na tela seguinte, de múltipla escolha, aparecerá o nome real e os títulos alternativos dos desenhos, que podem ser dados tanto pelo desenhista da rodada como pelos os demais jogadores.

É um jogo bem simples de aprender e entender o propósito, o único porém é não ter língua portuguesa.

Recomendo!

Fun party game. You can be competitive with it but honestly, most of the fun is in giving each other a hard time for the quality of the drawings and laughing at what captions your fellow players come up with. Got me through multiple family visits and helped ease some existing tension for a bit.

Super silly party game where you can show your friends just how much you suck at drawing. Or at least that's how it works out in my case. This can be a lot of fun but I really don't see anyone enjoying it single player so keep that in mind. If you have a group then this will be good fun and lots of laughs!

Drawful 3 is coming in the next Jackbox. Drawful is fun, but the relatively high price tag for a single game thats easily overshadowed by many other games in the Jackbox line just makes this purchase kind of nonsensical. If its on a huge sale and you just want this one game for some reason, go for it I guess? But otherwise just grab a party pack or wait for Jackbox 8 if you REALLY need digital pictionary lol. 6/10

If you have a group of 4+ friends to play with, then you should consider getting this game. Only one of you needs to have the actual game, the rest can connect through a web browser. Being good at drawing makes things slightly easier, but it never guarantees a place in the top. Ambiguous drawings are the most fun ones to deal with, and will give you and your friends a good laugh while you try and guess what something is supposed to be.

Drawful 2 is one of my favorite quick party games so far, and I definitely recommend it.

This game is a scam, it's basically drawful 1 without any extra features but you pay 10 euros for it., they still haven't added Undo or Erase, if your hand slips you can't do anything about it.

è un gioco da lavagnietta local coop , ovviamente per giocarlo servono 4 dispositivi andando sul sito jackbox.tv e inserendo il numero della stanza , io lo provato da solo utilizzando google chrome & microsoft edge con 4 pagine broser aperte ovviamente è stra scomodo e senza senso cosi , ma se si è in 4 o più persone in salotto con ognuno uno smartphone e o tablet , pc utilizzando lo schermo della tv per la finestra principale può essere molto divertente .

it is a local coop blackboard game, obviously you need 4 devices to play it by going to the jackbox.tv site and entering the room number, I tried it alone using google chrome & microsoft edge with 4 browser pages open obviously it is uncomfortable and senseless so, but if there are 4 or more people in the living room with each a smartphone and / or tablet, PC using the TV screen to the main window can be a lot of fun.

this idea will surely have a future in local group games.

Got this game when it was on sale for free and was hilarious in the communities I've played it in. I once played the game with 11 friends and we came up with great inside jokes. Only complaint is that a game won't start if you wait too long, but people are understanding enough to start a new lobby.

I recommend Drawful 2.

The gist is that players take turns following a drawing prompt on a mobile device and then others guess what was drawn. I think it might be pretty fun over Zoom. But for me and my friends, the fact that it has recurring background noises of farts and burps is pretty distasteful. I won't use it with my friends. (I'm still giving it a thumbs up because I think it's pretty clever and looks fun, so long as you don't object to the course background noises).

This is a great game to play online with friends during the lockdown. Only one person needs to own the game on steam, others can join via phone, tablet or pc through a link. The person who owns Drawful 2 should share his screen via discord, zoom or other means. This way everybody can join from home.

Fun party game! Only one person needs to have the game installed and the rest can join using an invite link. It works well as a couch game, watching the same main game screen and other people use their phones (or tablets or laptops) to draw the prompt, make up fake answers, and guess answers. It also works wells online with friends using screen share (like on Zoom) to show the main game screen.

The game is fun and simple to play, so it can fit any social setting. I definitely recommend it, though I wish there would be a more convenient library of episodes and recommendations, but for now we scavenge content from forums around the web. Kind of like fibbage, with drawing.

You receive a strange prompt, and then must proceed to draw said strange prompt without an eraser or undo button.

Then your mates try and come up with the best title for your drawing and then everyone votes to see if they can figure out what the original prompt is.

It works and it doesn't.
You can get some really funny results. This occurs more if you draw poorly.
But if you draw the prompt well, the result will be that everyone else will write something that is similar to the original prompt. Then everyone has to guess from a list of similar prompts which is both boring and not fair to the person who accurately drew the prompt.

Drawful 2 is a pretty cool party game. I see some friends play it sometimes, and I managed to pick it up during a free giveaway to give it a go. Overall pretty neat.

Drawful 2 is an improvement over the already excellent Drawful in Jackbox Party Pack 1, always fun to play this with friends when you're drunk or. Hopefully Drawful 3 will be even better and included in a future Jackbox Party Pack.

Regularly use this with students in English classes for a bit of fun. Always goes down well. Family friendly setting is great and design your own prompts means I can grade it for different levels.

You give away a couch play game for free in a pandemic and this is how the Steam community treats you?

I love playing Jackbox over Twitch. Is this my favorite Jackbox game? No. Is it worth the 10 dollar price tag it usually sits at? Not compared to a Party Pack. Is it worth your time to try with the people you like when you are trapped inside bored and you catch it on sale or for that matter FREE? Without a doubt.

If you can't afford a Party Pack and this is back at 10 dollars, I would recommend picking up Quiplash instead. If you want a Party Pack, I would grab one with Trivia Murder Party 1 or 2 but there are some gems and clunkers in all of them.

One of my favorite games! It’s Pictionary but with ridiculous prompts, a narrator or that makes fun of everyone, and friends.

You need to play with friends, this may be why some people leave bad reviews.

I bought this back when it was on sale and let me tell you that in all my times, free or not, I have bought every Party Pack when they are first released (including the 7th one coming this Fall, supposedly).

The fact they are even giving this free should seriously compel you. Most of the Jackbox Games (well excluding a select few, like Word Spud, Lie Swatter, etc.) are very amazing, no matter your group size.

I'm sure at this point many people have phones or things of that sort. So... why not enjoy this and all the people who are giving this negative reviews for no absolute reason (except for the most helpful one) should seriously change their minds.

Normally this would cost $10 by the way.

Good move on Jackbox Games for this. I will continue supporting them. These packs have given way to new events outside of the local couch, and they always enhance that with new features in future packs too to make it more friendly over a connection.

Game #107 20.3.2020.

To me, Drawful 2, and Jackbox party games in general are two very important things.

1) They are the (currently) the most evolved way to play party games
2) They are the default games I would use to introduce a non-gamer to games

Before I talk about Drawful 2, I’d like to explain how Jackbox party games work. All you basically do on your PC is start the game and select a mode. Once that’s done, you grab a smart-phone, tablet, laptop, another PC or (whatever has a screen and a way to draw something on it) and you play.

You know how sometimes you have friends over who don’t play games and you try to get them to play something with you and they go “Ummm… sure?! OK???” and you pass them a controller (keyboard) and they are so confused because they don’t know the controls and don’t know what to do and, in the end, nobody ends up having fun.

In Jackbox games, you ask your non-gamer friend to play a game and once they unwillingly say “YES” you just tell them to grab their phone. Suddenly, they are more relaxed because… well… it’s their phone, they know how to use it.

Drawful 2 is a game about drawing awfully. It can be played from 3 to 8 players and anyone else can join in as a spectator. Once the game starts, each person gets a category on their phone. They have a limited amount of time to draw whatever the game gave them. This is usually something … unusual. You won’t get things like in Pictionary but rather, random adjectives, adverbs and nouns thrown together. Things like… I don’t even know, honestly, it’s always so random, so I’m just going to give you my own examples: Angry doormat, Frustrated Whiskey, Entitled speaker,…? Look, it’s always going to be something that you would never even consider drawing.

The drawing part is always the fun part. You try your best to draw what your category is but the game only gives you two colors and doesn’t let you use an eraser if you make a mistake. Combine that with “I’m not good at drawing” attitude most people I play with have, and you really start to get why this game is called “Drawful”.
Once everyone is finished, each drawing is displayed on the main screen. Now, with the exception of the person who drew the drawing, nobody else will probably have a clue what the drawing was about, so everyone uses their phones again to type what they think the drawing is. Once that’s done, ALL ANSWERS (along with the real one and a few decoy answers) are displayed around the drawing. Now each player (except for the person who actually drew the drawing) vote on what they think is the answer. This means that, even if the original drawer did a terrible job of representing their category, another player can make a better title for the drawing and if he gets the votes, steal the points for himself/herself.

Let me give you an example: One time, my wife got a category titled “Angry bar of chocolate” and because she was bad at drawing, she drew a simple rectangle and nothing else. During voting time, I titled the rectangle “Minimalistic work of Art” and everyone voted for my answer. This of course, made my wife angry but made me laugh because I had stolen all her points.

The amount of laughs this game produces once it’s revealed what the answer actually is, is too much. I cannot stress the amount of fun I’ve had playing Drawful 2. Everytime I have more than 4 people over, I will casually turn this game on and everyone is almost guaranteed to have a great time.

Now, despite all this praise, one thing to keep in mind is that, all players, need to be pretty good at English to understand their categories. This means, that kids are out which sounds cruel but it’s probably for the best because some categories can be a bit inappropriate.

In case you were wondering, YES, you should get this game. In fact, get a Jackbox party pack while you are at it. If you have a bunch of people, especially non-gamers, that need something to do, you can’t go wrong with Drawful 2.

Next game: Duke Nukem Forever (gonna skip Dreamfall Chapters because I’m playing it with my wife and that could take a while…)

We laugh so hard when everyone gets together and plays. I love all these Jackbox games!
