Der Patch 1.0.2.9749 soll laut Entwickler-Team Blizzard nur kleinere Bugfixes im Action-Rollenspiel Diablo 3 vornehmen und keine großen Änderungen mit sich bringen. Zur Zeit wird sich mehr auf das kommende Echtgeld-Auktionshaus konzentriert, das zum Ende diesen Monats erscheinen soll. Von den Server-Problemen, die zur Zeit herrschen wird in diesem Patch aber leider nichts erwähnt. Einzig soll es wohl die Fähigkeit der Seelenruhe des Mönchs abgeschwächt werden, um den Exploit der zur Erzielung der Rekord-Levelzeit verwendet wurde, auszuhebeln.
