As the owner of the sushi bar you’ll take care of the culinary journey of your guests that lasts from the first until the final bite. If you feel adventurous and creative, you may serve "omakase", which gives you a creative freedom to serve the best and freshest ingredients of the day. While preparing the highest-quality fish available and seasonal specialties, be innovative and surprise your guest at the counter. Give them an unexpected trip that's full of surprises! ????

And when it comes to eating, chopsticks are commonly used to enjoy the taste of sushi, but it's perfectly acceptable for your guests to eat it with your hands. In fact, many argue that using hands enhances the sensory experience! And remember about one super important thing while dipping sushi in soy sauce: dip the fish side, not the rice side, to avoid soaking up too much sauce. In this case less is more ????????
