Es stürzt ab, es laggt und es ist verwirrend, kaum ein Spiel als eine abstrakte Darstellung von Verwirrung.

TLDR: Neither as nor as bad nor as original as one might expect. This plays a lot like the 6DOF hacking minigame in System Shock 1. It shares the same strange visual representation of abstract concepts and akward tunnel flying.

Review: This is the same concept you might have seen in the original system shock for example, when hacking computers you would be booted into a cube where you had to use corridors to attain other cubes, fight off things(trojan), consume things(data), avoid consuming other things(spam)until you went through a little maze of cubes and found out a final objective and wired yourself out of the netlink. Instead of the whole hacking shtick you get some vaguely new age cosmic stuff about the void and energy being opposites of a balance and how you are made of energy and thats about all the exposition you get. The game always unfolds the same way, you get out of wormhole, rush the gate which acts a healing pad, use special abilities to spam minions while shooting, or just shoot, it does not matter really. When things die collect their energy. When all is dead go through wormhole. Rinse repeat. The game features an automatic lock on system and levels are fairly contained, have edges made out of hexagonal cells, and usually contain a few things inside like the gate to help you get situated. Additionally, the dev added a subtle rainbow shading in the wall making it that much easier to orient yourself while also adding a dash of style to the audiovisual experience. All in all the game is nothing to be applauded for audiovisually but it holds itself together pretty good for what is basically a glorified demo. Nice to revisit this concept I had seen in other games, and see it done with arguably easier to control gameplay mechanics. But it did not satisfy enough for me to really consider it a game. After all this concept was always just a sub-component of other titles, a minigame to complement the greater overall game.

This game has some potential and the mechanic is complex.
It has low frame cap (30fps) and way too many skills that probably require many hours to figure out.
Game is definitely playable but I felt there weren't enough excitement to continue playing.

The goal of the game is to surpass and mantle the Creator of the universe. It's cheap and it isn't a bad game.

Well, I got it for just 1€ through the sale, but still it's disappointing. The game feels very uneven, like made by an amateur. The tutorial is too long and too intrusive, you never really get to play and test what it tells you. The tutorial doesn't switch off automatically, you have to go to the settings. Even on the easy level you get very quickly killed, and after that the game is just over -- no savegame, no checkpoint, nothing. Each time you start from the very beginning, not even your player name is remembered. And after dying, the default option is not -- as one would expect -- to start a new game, no: the default is to visit the game's website. The end effect is that one has to make a lot of effort just in order to actually get into the game -- let alone enjoy it. This needs a lot of polish, even for a low price of 4€.

This game feels more like a proof of concept rather than an actual game. The look and feel is very unpolished.

This game is actually really awesome. Controls are simple enough (mouse to look, WASD to fly relative to where you're pointing), and the learning curve is nice and forgiving.

Until you look outside the box(es). Then shit gets real. Seriously, solid recommendation. It's a cheap game. Enjoy.

This is possibly one of the most enjoyable games of skill and tests of creative and critical problem solving I've seen. It's a fun game, and it's a lot deeper than it looks. It's more than it looks, like a 2D shooter in 3D, it's also a very deep sandbox building and expansion game.

Definitely worth the small price.
