First, we want to express our appreciation for your enthusiastic support of our Early Access launch!

During our launch, we ran into some critical issues that affected the gameplay experience for everyone during the earlier hours of the game being live. We have released an update that addresses some of these critical issues, so please update your game.

We appreciate your patience as we solved these issues and working on resolving more issues to make the experience as smooth as possible.

In the meantime, we have prepared the "Koi" Arm Badge, and "Koi" Weapon Ornament to the game for everyone to enjoy. Please log in before 5:00 am on April 20th (Pacific Time) to earn the reward.
