Mann kann sich dort Verbesserungen für die Crew und des Flugzeuges kaufen, die muss man aber erst nach der Zeit freischalten und nach jeder Mission bekommt man Geld.
Also ich würde es sehr empfehlen es sich zu kaufen.

Es ist sehr angenehm zum Spielen da man sich nicht auf die kleinsten Details konzentrieren muss.
Es bietet aber trotzdem noch genug Spannung durch die oft hektischen Manöver wo man schnell reagieren muss.

I've also become very attached to my Sprite based crew, many a game has been ALT F4 when i've tried to land on one wheel and blown my plane up killing the crew. No way is that being forver! But overall its a fun game that requires concentration but not being too difficult to master quickly.
Highly recomended for a good 20/30 hours.

Intro
Bomber Crew is a simulation game where you have to take control of an airplane and its 7 crews during the world war era. You'll take on missions that will reward you with money to help you with more difficult missions. It has 8 main missions in total where you can tackle as many side missions as you want.
Pros:
- Tackle the main missions whenever you are ready
- Adjust your crews' gear and the airplane's upgrades as needed
Cons:
- RNG can screw up your run
- All missions feel similar after a while
- It's easy to misclick crew members on accident and using the 1-7 button as a hotkey can be difficult for people with small hands

The repetitiveness is just too much for me. Unless you don't mind with it, do not buy this game.
In-Depth Review
Visuals
The characters look as if it's made from LEGO bricks with low poly, 3D models. It gives a unique look to the game though - they all look cute and colorful despite the serious theme. The backgrounds might look simple at first glance, but the clouds are made in such a way to give a different look at different times.
The Game
Gameplay
The game focuses on micromanaging your crew to accomplish a mission. Seven crews will be put on a plane to accomplish this objective, all with different jobs. All crews can do other tasks apart from their intended jobs, although they will perform worse compared to those who are meant to do it. Moreover, the plane has 4 gun turrets, and since you only have 2 gunners, you are bound to station 2 crews on the remaining turrets for better damage.
The secondary job help to give you a backup in case something happened. Jobs like an engineer and bomb aimer are usually idle most of the time, so it's always good to assign them other tasks whenever they are free. You need to level up them first though before they become useful, especially since jobs that are leveled will have skills that can benefit the mission a lot.

You might get overwhelmed micromanaging the crews at first, but you'll get over it as you play. You need to zoom in to check the crews' condition, checking whether they need to be moved in different stations or if there is a fire in the plane, and zoom out to check the radar for enemies, flaks (anti-aircraft fire), or both engine and fuel in case they need fixing. It takes time to learn the timing when to zoom in and out, and it can be chaotic whenever there is a lot going on at the same time, especially in battles. You need to tag enemies on your radar, navigate a course for your pilot to go to, and even reload your gunners' guns whenever they are empty. There won't be enough time to do them all at times like this, so skills like auto-tag that can tag all enemies can be helpful to have.
Each mission feels too similar - you either have to bomb, drop a supply, or take a photo from a certain place. The only thing that is different is the region that you need to go to and how many targets you need to approach. You'll always have to do the same routine every time you start a mission, and you can't fast-forward the game whenever there is nothing going on most of the time. The difference in the harder missions only lies in the flaks and enemy damage, which just annoys me instead. The flaks will damage you whenever you fly at a low or medium altitude, and there is no way to tell whether you need to go to medium and high altitudes in this case. Moreover, you can't stay at a high altitude forever as your crew will die from the lack of oxygen.

Permadeath
Your crew can be killed in a mission, and although you can revive them with a first aid kit, they are limited. You also need to revive them within 2 minutes before they die completely. Moreover, there are chances that your crew will die after landing from an RNG. The same also goes for your plane - you can ditch it mid-mission to get a new plane with random upgrades. You need to purchase upgrades again, which will force you to grind if you don't have enough money. Luckily, the game is forgiving in this regard since it only saves after the mission ends - you can always return to the main menu whenever you screwed up to avoid the extra grind.
That being said, RNG can effectively ruin your run. It's not just about the random explosion when you are landing - the weather might be nasty in some missions, and your plane can be struck by a lightning. You might be lucky and only get a fire in the plane most of the time, but there was one occasion when my crews were killed as a result.

Length and Difficulty
I finished the game in 20.4h after obtaining all achievements. I had to grind the game a bit at the beginning to get some achievements easily, which prevent me from more grind when I focused on the main missions. The game has 8 main missions that you can tackle, where you can take as many side missions as you want before proceeding. I don't think you can finish the game just by playing the main missions though since some upgrades are essential, especially at the very last mission.
I always feel as if I'm failing missions because I'm unlucky, not because I'm not skilled enough. The most that I had to do when replaying them is to remember when to station my crews whenever enemies are coming for the first time. Everything that happens after that always depends on whether I'm lucky enough not to take too much damage at that time. At the end of the day, it doesn't feel as if I'm playing any differently compared to my failed runs, wasting my time from replaying the mission as a result.
Problems
It's easy to misclick your crew with a mouse, and pressing 1-7 to select your crew with a hotkey is not viable to those with small hands
Conclusion
I liked playing Bomber Crew at first. The chaotic nature of managing your characters to do a lot of tasks, along with the missions that you need to accomplish gets me hooked. However, it all becomes routine at the end - you need to keep on doing the same stuff in every mission just to see it through. The thing is, the game somehow encourages this repetition by either putting an upgrade that requires money or forcing you to replay a mission by killing your crew with an RNG.
I was expecting more of a game where everything gets chaotic, to the point that you will be spending most of your time tinkering your brain to find the most effective and appropriate thing at the moment. Instead, my mind went numb from all the waiting, especially since I had to grind to get a certain achievement. The game might be interesting for the first few hours, but I won't recommend it in the long run.

Bomber Crew places you in the role of the commander of a WWII Lancaster bomber (or a B-17, if you are playing the USAAF expansion). You and your crew of brave men and women fly missions from an airbase in England, destroy enemy military installations and any fighters that try to stop you, upgrade your bomber, and fight the Nazi occupation of Europe. Story elements are minimal, although there are set piece missions vaguely based on real events from the Second World War, such as Operation Chastise.
Bomber Crew’s graphics are pleasant, if simple and cartoonish. Crewmembers have a slightly bobbleheaded appearance, and the aircraft is rendered is such a way as to make onboard systems easy to locate. Most system upgrades are graphically represented, and the aircraft’s name and livery can be customized. The game even includes a tool to create custom nose art. I am not a skilled enough artist to attempt to decorate my bomber in this fashion, but more creative players will doubtlessly have fun creating the perfect decals for their aircraft.
Bomber Crew inherited far more DNA from FTL than it did from even the most cartoonish flight simulators. Piloting is limited to selecting waypoints, ordering cooldown-based evasive maneuvers, and selecting altitude. Most of the game consists of crew management – manning turrets, repairing damaged systems, targeting enemy fighters, and aiming bombs. The game does an exceptional job of capturing the hectic micromanagement of FTL, which was a clear inspiration for it and its celestial sequel, with moments of sheer panic as a half dozen tasks need to be performed at once to avoid disaster.
My only major quibble with the gameplay is the rather peculiar difficulty curve. The opening missions with a largely stock bomber are quite difficult and hectic, but as you upgrade systems and crew gear, the game becomes much more relaxed and forgiving, with the loss of aircrews and bombers becoming a rare event. This is unfortunate, as the game is the most fun when everything goes haywire at the same time, but not a deal breaker, especially as you can choose not to upgrade certain equipment if you would like a self-imposed challenge.
Speaking of losing aircraft, Bomber Crew perfectly captures the traditional rogue-lite adage of “losing is fun”. The best moments of the game are when your crew bails out of a crashing plane or limps back home after a botched mission, landing their bomber at the airfield with a single working engine powered by the last drops of fuel in its hole-ridden tanks, creating compelling player-created stories. It helps that the penalties for losing an aircraft are relatively light. When an aircraft inevitably plummets into the English Channel, the RAF will simply replace it with a new one. This new aircraft will lack many upgrades, and crewmembers who didn’t survive the loss of the aircraft are replaced by green recruits, but the game never places you in a position where you must start from a new save file.
Bomber Crew fills a long-held desire for a game which captured the spirit of FTL. While it doesn’t surpass its inspiration, it is an enjoyable spin on the formula which has enough of a separate identity to avoid feeling like a simple clone. I am a little less than midway through the game at the time of writing, and I plan on continuing to rain destruction on the Nazis until all of Europe is liberated.

The genre of the game is unusual, it is a kind of management for the bomber team and its main systems. The game surprised me, because there is an increase in the experience of each team member and the tactics of the game strongly depends on the experience of the pilots, because new tactical opportunities are added. The main problem of the game in my opinion is the killed balance of missions, if it is still easy enough to play with an inexperienced team in the first campaign, then I start with the second one, hell is waiting for you in the sky, your shooters will release the entire arsenal of the country and will not touch anyone. Therefore, the only correct tactic is to increase the experience of your team in the first company on side missions as quickly as possible. At least up to 8-10 lvl, then it will be much easier to play further. In the plane, first of all, install an improved aircraft system - electronics, fuel tanks, and so on. Thanks to this, you will be less distracted by annoying aircraft breakdowns. However, after that, the game will turn into a routine and victory is only a matter of time. In short, there is an ass with the balance here. ^_^ But in any case, this game gave me a lot of interesting moments, for example, when the landing gear of the plane fell off during landing and my entire team died. ^_^

Kick the tires and light the fires
While ace combat it is not, fun is no less had in this resource managed game styled around executing bombing raids, reconnaissance and supply drops in the midst of avoiding flak coupled by waves of fighter planes.
If that wasn't enough, how about finely controlling 7 crew balancing 7 tasks while the weather and altitude stick a thumb in your eye.
What looks graphically as an easy ride can quickly turn into a nightmare if you go unprepared and half cocked.
Luckily victory earns rewards and rewards earns new gear, new abilities to help balance your approach but be warned if your the sort to get attached, it never gets so easy that it cant all come at a cost to lives.
Its an enjoyable game not to hard yet not to easy that also comes with the option to own a few DLCs if you fancy lengthening the experience.
Well worth both your money and your time.

Pros:
- Easy to approach and learn - but hard to master. Timing is everything.
- Decent difficulty progression in the basic British campaign. Can't say anything about the DLC. Didn't buy them.
- Good sound design. Especially for an indie game made by 2 people.
Cons:
- Very unoptimized perfomance-wise. Game runs poorly on laptops no matter the settings. Even if it looks cartoony. There are definitely some post processing effects that could have easily been turned off.
- No option to set custom controls for the landing gears, bombing bay doors etc. Hard to be fast when everything depends on the mouse.
- Game becomes very repetitive after long sessions. Little variety in gameplay dropping paratroopers, landing in hard zones behind enemy lines etc.

Bomber Crew can be compared to FTL.
You've been given an aircraft and a crew. Recruit new people, gear them up, upgrade your aircraft and get into a mission. Missions reward you with two different currencies and new unlocks for crew and airship.Every crew member has their own skill set and gains experience with each succeeded mission which results in higher levels and new skills.
Buy new parts for your craft for new features, more damage and so on. Every part has its own weight, so you have to choose what upgrade you can take with you and what you have to leave behind. You can also design it to a small extent.
I designed my airship with multiple phallus symbols which made my aircraft at least 10 times stronger but attracts way more enemies than I would have thought. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-Missions- vary between killing fighters, bring an airdrop to the target area, bomb static or moving targets, make a photo and so on. It's slightly repetitive but no problem at all.
-Gameplay- revolves around managing your crew and airship functions. You have to control all of their actions and give orders.
“Steven, reload the gun at the back! Hans, repair the engine and transfer fuel from fuel container 1 to 2 and then man the gun in the front. Somebody pick up the pilot and heal them! Target the enemy figh… uhh, no! Extinguish the fire... Now target the fighters.”
Everything happens while you switch to the bomb-aimer open the hatchet and release a bomb to the target below you. These real time fights get hectic very quickly but is part of the fun.
The default price is 15 euros which is a bit too much in my opinion. You can easily grab this game for less than 2 euros in almost every sale.

The only great and major problem, wich makes to me this game bad is the impossibile frustration of constantly losing a mission because your new crew and plane are under the minimum specs for the next mission.
I get that the game tries to give the feeling of losing a plane similar to real life, but in doing so puts you too much behind what you had and makes you grind to and frustrates you for no reason.
And it saddens me because there are two easy fixes. Either be less brutal and give me a crew and a bomber sligthy less perfmorming of the one i lost, or keep easy mission to grind to make up for the new not-up-to-standard crew and plane i am now stuck with.
But no. Here take a bomber from half a game ago and a crew that can't do shit and go bomb a dam with an ace up your ass where you will surely lose another bomber and crew.
I will never understand why games need to confuse challenge with frustration. Challenge is good. Frustration makes the game simply not a game.

The main part of the game has you managing the bomber in real time, sending crew to put out fires, repair stuff, identifying targets for the gunners to shoot, etc. Decent depth with game subsystems like oxygen supply and temperature.
Other reviewers say how bad it can be if you lose your plane and/or your crew. It is not actually that bad, depending on the sort of level you reached in the campaign, the new crew and plane you get are already a little bit upgraded. Granted you need to grind some more missions to build them back up, but it is more of a temporary setback. You grind the research points in the meantime. It's always a good idea to grind a little bit and upgrade your plane/crew before moving on the next level.

I've found myself logging into this game over other titles in my library the last couple days. Bomber Crew is good for a quick play session or a few hour grind. Its challenging but doesn't drown you in depth or micro managing. I have had a good time and definitely gotten my moneys worth. Recommended!

It's not a super easy game but the game allows you to stop and grind as much as you need at any point the main campaign, but you can't go back if you move forward and there's only missions that are too hard for you. Even if you get max gear, plane, and crew you can't just mindlessly fly into every mission... But it makes it easier, it makes the windows for you to do what you need to do bigger and easier to manage.
It's a fun game, not the best game in the world but definitely a good one

especially with the USAF DLC; e.g. the whole plane is in tiptop condition but you're missing your right landing gear well better reset because you can't land the plane without the plane crashing and killing everyone except two of your crew.
As every mission is a huge time investment these problems feel like an unfair robbing of your time.
All in all great game with some flaws, but especially the RAF 'quest line' provides a great play through

This is an addictive and fun little game. The core gameplay loop is entertaining and seems simple at first, but can become challenging and unforgiving quickly. Missions are short and contained enough to play as few or as many as you feel like. The art style and graphics, although nothing to get excited about, sets the tone nicely and does enough to not take away from the experience.
If you enjoy games like FTL, this is right up your alley.

It might look simplistic but it's nice and fairly accurate (well tail gunner seat is aerodynamic disaster) and gameplay is similar (just don't get surprised when game progress will get you to most expensive pigeon in Europe). So mostly it's lot of fun.
It's easy once...[spoiler] you get quadruplets in turrets, your radar operator survive till lvl6 or even lvl9, if you can see then fly on medium altitude and most importantly once nazi aces get extinct [/spoiler]
Then best gear is... [spoiler] combined survival vest (armor, survival), heaviest flak helmet available (more armor), plimsolls (lot of speed) and fingerles gloves (another speed)
Fast vests and hats lack plenty of armor and though gloves and boots offer just little armor [/spoiler]
It might have few tiny imperfections but nothing serious except it is hard to click pilot's seat over engineer's head and enemies seem to be based on engines lvl so when you start building plane with engines you could replace the guns with brooms how much they get outranked.

Your crew has no AI, even basic AI would make this game playable. For example, your gunners sit in their gun turrets with no ammo, instead of walking to the ammo crate 1 meter next to them on their own, you make them manually do it...
Every crewmen is like this.
This game is micromanagement nightmare simulator, nothing more.

1. Great interface design allows players to easily understand how the game works and easily navigate.
2. Has its own unique style of design and theme, giving the game a personality and character that separates it from the rest.
3. Very fun and engaging micro-management and simulation elements, the decisions you make can change how your mission plays out! From aspects such as managing your aircraft fuel, setting custom waypoints to evade anti-aircraft searchlights, pilot maneuvers, and many more!
4. Customizations! This game has tons of them, all the way from weapons, engines, aircraft systems, crew outfits, and even custom liveries and decals that you can create on your own! Not to mention that customizations involving your aircraft and crew has various different effects, so again, choices matter!
5. Replayability - Bomber Crew has its own unique mechanics when it comes to the micro-management and simulation aspect, and which is why personally I still come back to the game from time to time, sort of addicting!
To sum up, Bomber Crew is worth its price if you're looking for a relaxing micro-management game that still offers you different challenges from the various difficulties, and a game that is quite replayable in the long run, despite its rather short but sweet campaign.
Once you've finished the final campaign mission, the game allows you to replay previous missions that are constantly rotated, keeping sense of freshness to end-game content. You will also keep all the progress of your aircraft customizations and crew levels and abilities, so don't worry about having to restart everything if you still want to continue playing after finishing the game.
The DLCs are also worth buying, especially Secret Weapons and U.S.A.A.F which gives you a new U.S bomber aircraft to play with (which is larger than the vanilla British bomber you get by default), and contains different missions in new settings.

I have hopes that the sequel will be made less grindy, but I don't think I want to finish this game. It's a shame, because the actual gameplay is relatively fun, though certain hazards such as fires basically spell defeat for most flights.

same mission can be won with no problem or impossible with swarms of enemies
I am also not a fan of roguelike elements in this game as it is rage inducing
the game is also very short and full of micromanagement as well as questionable interface
on a single mission you may be expected to shoot down more than 10 enemy planes ...
thеn there is always a chance that your pilot is going to crash the plane on landing killing everyone and scraping the plane

i clocked 12 hours in reached the half way mark in the campaign, and thought ok i will start over and avoid all the mistakes that made ALT F4 ALOT OF TIMES. Little did i know that the problem wasnt me it was the game. Other people noted those problems too, 1 landing gear ALT F4, too many dead people ALT F4. I couldnt at least recover back from when things started to spiral down the drain. You can finish the game, but u will have to micromanage everything down to waypoints.
Final Verdict: Good game, but flawed. Maybe grab it on a hefty discount, i thankfully did.

... were it not for the most irritating, and one would think addressable, known bug.
Sooner or later your right mouse button control (which is used for orienting the view when targeting, and thus a crucial control) will cease to function. Why I do not know, but this is a very well documented issue on the discussion boards, which lots of people have had an issue with. Various user suggestions have been made as to how to fix the issue, but none of them work consistently (if at all) and clearly the issue is a bug in the code somewhere, which really should have been fixed. Until it is, I can't recommend this game much as I would like to, as it renders the game nigh on unplayable. Shame.

I wonder if the developers could introduce more aircraft, like the B-25 Mitchell or the B-24 Liberator, maybe the B-29 Superfortress or Halifax bomber, into the game, and maybe try out the Pacific Theatre.

Overview

Bomber Crew is a cartoony, pixel style game taking place during WWII where you take control of a bomber and manage it and its crew members. You go on several missions across Europe involving you bombing German facilities such as hangars and factories while also defending your bomber from German fighters.
Don't let the game's art style fool you, it is a very challenging and intense game that requires a lot of trial and error on your part. Yes, you will make mistakes and you are going to eventually lose your bomber and some of its crew once. But, that's where the game's fun comes at. Some of the most fun and tense moments can be when everything is going wrong.
Let me put you in a situation. You just bombed a German hangar and are now returning to base when German reinforcements arrive, several squadrons of fighters heading right towards your direction. Your gunners try their best to keep them off the bomber but one of the fighters manages to get right behind your bomber. They shoot through the rear damaging equipment inside and severely injuring the rear gunner. You desperately try to get a first aid kit to them but the fighter prevents anyone from going to the rear. Once you have realized your pilot could perform a corkscrew maneuver to lose the fighter it is already to late. In your desperate measures to save the gunner you failed to realize that both your starboard engines had been severely damaged by other fighters which eventually fall off the wing. Luckily you just reached the English Channel and now all you had to do is fly over to get to safety. Your bomber takes a beating but you manage to somehow make it across and into the safety of the United Kingdoms. The result of this mission? Several dead crew members and a whole lot of bullet marks on your bomber.
These intense, fast paced moments are where the game truly shines. It gives you a fear of loss of your precious crew and bomber every time you come into a situation like this. It isn't like most other games where as when you lose your bomber and crew they are gone forever and you will be given a new bomber and crew. Though, this is what makes it so rewarding. The heat of battle fill you with adrenaline since you actually have something at stake, which makes these moments truly more exciting. When your able to barely make it out alive, it is the most satisfying and rewarding moment.

The game gets a solid 8/10. The challenging but rewarding system makes your experience really worthwhile and addictive. Its art style compliments it's arcade-like gameplay well and everything overall works flawlessly with very few minor issues. If these types of games peak your interest, I recommend you buy it and give a try.

The game is fun but very upsetting to complete a mission, be back on the way to home, and then have game crash.... meaning you just lost THAT mission progress and will have to do it ALL over again. Worst part is that it did not happen during the first few missions but seems consistent for all the others. Meaning, if I wish to continue to play then i must know it is going to crash and will have to do missions a few times while highly aggravated. UM. I play games to relax not fight with refunds or spend days dealing with support. I tried to refund via steam and they say I played more than two hours. SO what? Does that main that if I buy a new car and it catches on fire that I do not deserve a refund if I drove it more than a few hours? LOL. Yeah, I get it.. Scammers. Sure. Anyway... At this point this is the second time steam was unreasonable in a refund request.
I am reporting the issue to the devs. I will change my review accordingly if I get a refund or resolution to the issue but I am not very hopeful.

+ Tell pilot to barrel roll outta enemy fire
+ If your turrets (there are 4) are not chain fed, you'll have to tell the operator to reload them manually each time
+ Each turret operator has a different field of fire and can be issued commands to focus fire or to use special ammo
+ Mark enemies as they appear on radar for your guns to lock on to them
+ Chart a flight course around enemy flaks and other hazards
+ Prolly gonna die a lot because you didn't notice you're missing wheels upon landing
