To make this journey smoother, here are some gentle reminders for all the Destined Ones:
- Plan your gaming time wisely and set up a quiet space to ensure uninterrupted gameplay.
- If conditions permit, be sure to turn on the sound or put on headphones.
- Besides engaging in the epic battles with the yaoguai kings, don't miss out on enjoying the beautiful scenery of your journey.
- If you wish to discover the most surprises in the adventure, consider taking a break from the internet to avoid spoilers.
- If you encounter any issues that prevent you from playing the game, most of the time they can be resolved by resting at the Keeper's Shrine or restarting the game.
- Should you encounter any game graphics issues, kindly refer to our Game Graphics FAQ for detailed assistance.
- If you face any launch issues on PC platforms, kindly refer to Troubleshooting Occasional Crashes on Game Launch (PC) for help.

Despite multiple internal full-process tests of "Black Myth: Wukong", given the game's vast scale and the myriad of software and hardware environments, occasional serious issues may still arise. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you, the Destined Ones, could kindly grant us your consent to our “Data Storage and Processing Agreement”, we will be able to address issues proactively, saving you the effort of reporting them. The development team will continue to focus wholeheartedly on the quality of each player's experience and will promptly address any issues affecting normal gameplay in subsequent patches.
Additionally, regardless of where you come from, you are warmly invited to share game videos (including live commentary) or livestream on video platforms. The right of monetizing your content is also extended to you.
Lastly, please don't feel pressured about your game progress. Play at a comfortable pace and remember to rest; this is a single-player game, so there's no need for competition.
