As you may already know, our latest DLC giveaway didn’t go very well - it wasn’t set up properly, and the DLC ended up having "free limited-time access" instead of promised "free to keep" status. We sincerely apologize for that, and for not properly getting in touch with you - we’ve been waiting for Valve’s response on this matter, so that a real solution can be provided rather than mere apologies.
