alot of difficult objectives.
overexcessive number of constant guardian missions.
If any vip dies you fail the mission.
overexcessive number of enemies constantly spawning.

Bet On Soldier has been called the spiritual successor of Iron Storm aka World War Zero due to the fact that many developers worked on both games. And while you can see some similitaries, I actually liked Iron Storm more than Bet On Soldier. So if you like the setting that world war I has never ended and the world's population is still bleeding out in trenches, you might want to check out Iron Storm instead. However, the second half of Iron Storm feels entirely different and offers also many difficulty spikes. Thus, I'd only recommend the first half of Iron Storm. Overall, the alternate history setting is so interesting that it definitely deserves more attention.

Mouse movement is very floaty, Graphics - too hard to see things clearly. The gameplay doesn't feel satisfying at all. FoV is very small, makes my head hurt instantly.

The gameplay with the idea of the exoskull armor is cool and allows the player to play with different styles from the hardcore killer rushing everywhere and killing as much opponents as possible to earn money and repair the armor to the complete tactitian playing with support from an ingenior and progressing in the game while being repaired by him.
The good variety of weapons and the old school graphics make this FPS a must play if you want to get rid of your brain for a while and have fun! :D
Do not forget to save the game (first game I've played in which you have to pay game money to save, very funny) because the difficulty of the game can be challenging if you do not take a carreful eye on your armor at all time!
Have a good blood bath guys :0

Combat is more arcade-like than in modern war FPS; enemies dodge and strafe quite a lot, and if they're wearing body armor it takes several bullet hits to break their armor before you can kill them. Levels can be quite large, with many open outdoor areas, although moving through levels is a fairly linear path. There is no aiming down iron sights; aiming your weapon simply causes your view to zoom in.
Voice acting and cutscenes are fairly typical of most European, non-triple-A games... in other words, pretty much MST3000 quality. Though the gameplay is solid and the graphics are actually pretty good for the time period (comparable to games like Unreal 2, Doom 3, or Butcher Bay). While production values are lower than a triple-A title, they are decent and MUCH higher than something like Chernobyl Commando or Alpha Black Zero.
The game's main distinguishing feature is that everything revolves around money. Instead of picking up health and bullets from enemies, you earn money from killing them and spend it at reload stations to refill your ammo and armor. Not having to worry about picking up items means you can focus entirely on the combat; the flip side is that if you're wasteful with your bullets or armor, you can run out of money and be unable to proceed further.
The game is harder than average, but not as difficult as the hardest FPS games from that period. It is, for example, a lot less frustrating than Iron Storm was.
The Steam version seems to run perfectly fine on modern systems, and has even been updated to support 1080p resolution (up to 1920x1080) natively, without needing to mess around with the cfg files. This was a pleasant surprise. I am playing on Windows 7 64 bit and have not experienced any bugs or crashes after 3 missions.
Multiplayer uses the defunct Gamespy Arcade and crashes instantly for me, so I wouldn't count on it.
I would recommend it if you've played it back in the day and want to play it again, or if you enjoy mid-00 shooters and have some experience with European-developed FPS titles (i.e. Chrome, Chaser, Iron Storm, Alpha Prime, Boiling Point/Xenus, Exodus from the Earth, Ubersoldier, etc.)and thus can go in knowing there will be some rough edges to expect.
