Boah alter habt ihr schon mal gegen Blossom gespielt kann ich euch sagen ist nicht geil... Aber dann kommt auch noch dazu, dass man nur gegen Leute spielt die Gefühlt damit zur Welt gekommen sind und ihrem gesamten traurigen Leben nichts anderes gespielt haben... Und spätestens wenn man in einem Match disrespectet wird von nem Typen im Häschen Kostüm der nen Clowntanz aufführt dann bin ich auch raus. Ganz klarer Rat deinstallieren

Please Re-Release this game. It may be the single greatest PVP game ever made and you killed it with the Fortnite craze. That is so disrespectful I can't even begin to explain the disgust. This game was magical and worked perfect for people with kids and jobs. 45 minutes of this game and it felt like you had been gaming for hours. Every match was different, sometimes every game in that match was played different. Give us back the glory this game once had and should continue to have. Nobody wants a survival game.

It's kiiinda fun, but not too satisfying, I just regret putting too many hours in this. Prefer HotS immensely more for pvp fun. I just don't get too much satisfaction or fun here even if I win. It's boring.

The game is dead.

Was fun to get a remake of an old game but it suffered from the same issues as the previous one. That is bad marketing and there for it never reached what it could have. Late on there was slow updates, bad communication, No new content and a lot of other issues.

Later they released a Battleroyale that made no sense at all and it wasen't well-made. So that just means that they decided to take their time from the main game and throw it into the trashcan.

This game is such a 100% skill game. It is so sad that this game is not popular anymore like back in 2017. I wish the Devs would give this game one more chance and maybe redo it but in 2022. Strongly recommend this game!

This game was 70% of the way to being a timeless classic, but the developers refused to listen to the community and now it's basically dead.

It is a bit lacking in depth gameplay-wise, but still more involved than any MOBA I've experienced and very fun. Good play is rewarded, bad play is punished, as it should be. Balance is pretty good, though a few of the later characters feel oppressive.

Audio and graphics get the job done, not really the focus of the game.

Lore (Comics, cinematics, stories, anything...) could have been a nice way to retain the more casual players, but instead all money was spent on esports, a separate battle royale game, and adding items, which were all hated by the community at large.

You can still find matches, but mostly in NA.
The netcode struggles pretty hard above 200 ping, so if you're elsewhere, good luck.

I think this game might just be a parallel dimension Tribes: Ascend

I played this game after three years of tossing it aside.
The playerbase is ten times less toxic than other MOBA's.
The people are 50% russion so you better drink that vodka to upgrade your skills.
Skillshots are a thing so up your hand-eye coordination by aiming the next bottle of beer at the stain on the wall you don't have the money to fix you worthless unemployed degenerate.

Aren't we all caught in a infinite arena in combat with other players? Why do we rather compete using keys and a screen than by real life interactions? Maybe it is because the we have a starting disadvantage in life whereas we are considered equal online? No face, no body, just our brains and our hands. What higher communist order exists? When TB died from cancer, did he wish he lived on- instead of offline?

Great game, everything is skillbased: counters, skillshots and etc..
Some people in the community can be a bit rude as f, but I guess that goes for any multiplayer game these days.
On the other hand other people are cool and friendly.

If you're new might take a bit of learning, before you can win games.

Great game, by design. Unfortunately, the game was abandoned by the devs so they could chase after the battle royale fad. They failed at that instead of doubling down on the good product they already had. This game just needed exposure and marketing to become successful. God damned shame.

The game is amazing, fun, and had everything it needed to succeed, but no, let's add some shit that no one asked for, and let's make sure that there is no new elements in the core play so players make sure to get bored, and even when players didn't get bored, you still had to screw it somehow. I loved it and I would still play it if I can queue in reasonable time, but funk the developers for abandoning it. 1000/10 would play if it got revived by a miracle.

Do you like MOBA champion fights but hate everything “extra” like gold farming, lanes, and super long games? Well Battlerite is perfect for you. It is just pure 3v3, 2v2 or 1v1 combat. The characters are split into melee, ranged and healers. Healer is almost always necessary and there are definitely characters that are stronger than the others. But they all have pretty interesting abilities and they offer you different playstyles. The games are super quick and can be done within 10 minutes.

BUT (and it’s a big BUT) the game is unfortunately not being supported anymore. What you get is the final product. No more content updates, champion balancing, or patches. The devs moved on to other projects and abandoned this game. It’s really a shame since the game is great. It offered something unique with its straight to the point MOBA-like combat. But maybe the playerbase never matched what the devs hoped for, they only attracted a few thousand regular players. Now, you can find up to 400 people playing so you can still find games but keep in mind anyone who still plays knows what they’re doing, so you will be getting very sweaty games and it will be hard to learn and improve. Still though, if you have some friends to play with you can give it a shot. There are at least a few dozen hours of fun to be had.

REST IN PEACE BATTLERITE
Literally one of the best games in my library, sad it's not populated like it used to anymore. It was a fugn banger, amazing moba-like arena gameplay with really fun champions accompanied by amazing soundtracks and really tight, well delivered gameplay. It had it's negatives but they were completely overtaken by the positives which made the game shine so bright.
I am hoping we will get more games like this in the future but who knows. Unforgettable experience.

I actually really enjoyed this game for the full time that I played it. It is certainly a very, very intense experience - I guess you could say similar to League of Legends without any of the boring laning part, just the intense duel to the death part.

The only downside is that, also very similar to LoL, it just gets sweatier and sweatier until it just isn't worth it. The competition gets nuts and there's no easy way to stay in a more casual place. That's pretty much why I stopped when I did. I mean you still win games but it's almost a guarantee it will go down to an insane 1v1 all the way down to the circle being completely gone. Fun and intense, but exhausting and lacking in deeper strategy - a very 1V1 ME BRO type of thing. If you aren't gonna go full in on the ranked side of things, you will experience everything the characters have to offer you in terms of fun and then you'll be done.

Sadly it looks like the game is finished now and the devs have even moved on. So I guess even the devs got everything they could out of the characters in terms of design and they, too, decided they were done. Understandable, have a nice day!

Really fun game with amazing character design & cosmetics. It's just such a shame that this game is rarely updated and the developers seem to have abandoned it. Because of the small player base that stuck with the game, you sometimes gets really unfair match ups. Especially if you are a new player, don't be surprised if you get absolutely annihilated by someone with 2000 hours in the game. I still recommend the game, we need new players!

I just picked up this game and it is a lot of fun. Sad to see that the developer isnt taking care of it anymore and that the last patch has been released 2 years ago. Anyway its still a welcome diversion from league of legends, especially since it offers 2v2 and 3v3 gameplay

This game is truly a hidden gem. All the elements of a good moba are here, but streamlined for ease of access and simplicity of gameplay. Matches are quick and exciting. Each character offers a unique style of play. The maps are few, but well built. All of this adds up to a uniquely constructed experience that is undeniably fun. 4/5 More people should play this game.

A very underated game, its removes the first 20 minutes from most mobas, but it does so without removing complexity, you still have different builds for each character and it makes the game much more enjoyable because it skips the very boring farming stages of games in this genre and is completely focused on just team fighting or 1v1s. The game is fantastic and i wish it got the playerbase it deserved, I recomend completely giving it a shot.

Do you like MOBAs, but wish you could just spend the whole time kicking people's butts instead of farming minions? Do you have less than four friends but don't want to play with screaming randoms? Battlerite isn't a perfect game, but it's perfect for that craving.

they made one of the best pvp games ever and then immediately dropped it to make a battle royale that you've probably never heard of. despite this it is still one of the best pvp games ever and i would highly recommend it as long as you can get comfortable playing with the same 10 people for the rest of your life

Solid game with solid mechanics, quick to join up and learn the basics, but a satisfying learning curve to master. Had lots of fun when it was released and it had a promising future had the dev team focus on updating, balancing, spreading the word, etc. Unfortunately, once the battle royale fad came along, they couldn't resist taking the sweet bait. They stopped giving the main Battlerite attention and shifted it's entire efforts towards a new battle royale game mode... in it's own separate, payed for, game. You didn't misread that: during it's most critical moment, around the time it turned F2P, they ignored the main game to make a battle royale (that no one asked for) and you had to pay for it in a separate game. Genius. At this point I just don't recommend it just so you don't end up liking it and get desparate when the devs don't care for you and end up waiting 20~ minutes for a match only to get destroyed by someone who didn't get the memo. It's true, a good community can keep an abandoned game going, even revive one, but this is the second time the devs have done this and they should learn their lesson.

They changed how the game is played and I can no longer recommend the game. It used to be very skill based and you were able to pick ability upgrades based on what's going on in the match, now it's a premade deck that leaves you susceptible to cheese and other things you can no longer counter. I really wish the old version of the game was still playable...

The most non-toxic MOBA I've ever played. The rounds are short (for comparison: a League of Legends game lasts about 4 to 5 battlerite games and dota somewhere between 8 and 15 games), the learning curve is high and there is no time to be toxic.

The devs may abandoned it mostly, we as a community and new players need to populate this game more and more till the fellas from stunlock studios have to come back. Battlerite is not dead yet!

Battlerite is the MOBA we needed.

Skill based fun gameplay with unique characters had me playing the game for many hours.
Sadly the game is now dead due to bad managment so there are not many active players left. Therefore i will not recommend it. I had great memories in it though. R.I.P

Take this from a guy with 120 hours in the game. Its shit. There are no more updates, and in the very last one they removed 2v2 ranked, which was the ranked mode most people played. The developers are incompetent (i do think the company has gone bankrupt), and healers/supports can easily win games against the best fighters, by just dragging them out.

This game has one of the BEST combat systems ive literally ever seen on my 15 years of gaming.
Im not exagerating.
But dont expect something else of value, literally the entire game is the fighting, which is why the game failed, which is a shame because you could easily make it a RPG or something and it would be amazing, this game is a example of why good games have MORE than just 1 amazing thing on it.
Try it out if you value gameplay over other things, i find it really amazing and rewarding, not many things make me feel as badass as shooting 3 bullets of light energy to a enemy, afterwards dashing really was doing damage to them and then spinning my mace to PUNCH THEM IN THE FUCKING FACE while the rewarding sounds of a kill trigger in the background plus the death sounds of my enemy, while also getting rewarded with my ultimate to quickly toss my shield to the next enemy while screaming ''HAMMER THYE!'', doing almost a quarter of their HP and stunning them, while i just badasslingly walking towards them to perform my final strike that will give me my deserved double kill.
God im never forgetting that shit. Would be a 10/10 if there was more content.

Used to be an amazing game, not so much anymore

Fun game, fast paced, short matches that will get you hooked for longer than it feels like. Fun champions that are great to master and spend some time on and a very very decent reward system. You don't really need to put money into the game and with some grinding you can get amazing skins for your favourite champion and some other great stuff that will keep you hooked.
However I do not recommend this game if you plan to play it on your own. The community is now DEAD and you'll most likely not have much fun and will be paired with some already very experienced people that you'll have no chance against. If you have a good friend or 2 that would like to try with you though, go for it. It's a good but dead game.

I pains me to not recommend this game.

Man the memories...this game has to be one the best games i've ever got to experience with my duo partner. During launch me and my partner almost reached challenger tier. The amount of intense, adrenaline fueling and close matches we've had in this game are infinite. If you have a competitive itch that needs to be scratched while also wanting to feel your heart pumping out of your chest from battle, this was the game. The community was amazing; the amount of people who were willing to lab with you was more than appreciated.

Why I can't recommend this game?
The devs have left it to die.

I can only recommend getting this with a few friends who are willing to learn with you before heading into online matches. All the God like players have stuck around, and you will get stomped for a good while before you can give them a run for their money.

Played on and off since pre-release. Absolutely gonna sate your arena brawler needs, whilst giving you a taste of a model of mouse and keyboard adaptations that should be re-used and re-abused in future titles. Other genres of games take heed, as the dynamic camera and WASD movement is (while I might be biased) intuitive and provides very organic gameplay both PvP and PvE.
Worth your while even just once, as such fine tastes can live on in future gamezzz... Peace!

This game is awesome, stunlock really had something going with battlerite and bloodline champions respectively...

Unfortunately, instead of catering to their strengths, they jumped on the fortnite bandwagon with Battlerite Royale, which i can't blame the devs for as they were probably pressured by higher-ups.

I really can't speak highly enough about this game and it is a game that i would have gladly dumped hours and hours into if they kept working on it. Unfortunately all development has stopped. There's still a player base and it's really fun to hop on every once in a while with some friends.

I really hope at some point stunlock can resume development on this game, whether it be a pssion project or in their best interest. they really had something good going here. RIP Battlerite.

It was an amazing game right from the start, maybe with some focus and staying true to
its core the game could have been an amazing Esports game over time.
Got me so excited for a while....
But the devs had to chase the Battle Royale Hype fiasco and ruined the game.
How i regret paying 40 bucks to get heroes and support the game. Just a sad
exemple of horrible management and poor focus.

Battlerite did plenty of things right: skill-based gameplay, diverse abilities, unique characters, interesting visuals, challenging competitive battles, and a wide character roster. I am fairly convinced that given enough focus, the game could have become something tremendous.

Unfortunately, Battlerite was put on the backburner while the developers focused on the Battle Royale spinoff of the game. Unsurprisingly, the Battle Royale did not catch onto the same level of hype as Fortnite and, as a result, both games died. Hopefully, at some point in the future, Battlerite (or a game like it) will come back into the limelight.

Es simplemente un moba que se concentra en el combate, no hay cosas como el farming o tirar lineas hasta destruir un nexo como en la gran mayoría de mobas conocidos, es solo jugar a pelear 3v3, 2v2 o 1v1 y ver que equipo tiene mejor composición y habilidad con el campeón, tiene un sistema llamado battlerites (son como las runas de Lol) que permiten al jugador componer diferentes combinaciones que darán efectos nuevos a las habilidades para adaptarse mejor al enemigo y situación del juego. Lo recomiendo sabiendo que el juego tiene un playerbase muy bajo pero simplemente el juego es genial, es divertido, frenético y tiene la parte de los moba que a la gran mayoría atrae, y eso es el combate. Espero que a alguien le sirva esta reseña y que quiera adentrarse al mundo de battlerite hay poca gente pero vale la pena darle una probada.

The games playerbase has more than doubled in the past 5 months and I haven't been tired of this game since it came out f2p in 2017. There are regular weekly/monthly tournaments by the community that are a lot of fun to participate in. The game heavily rewards micro play but also has elements of macro play. However the macro play doesn't revolve around gaining stats or other snowballing strategies prevalent in Dota2 and LoL but instead focuses on energy usage and cooldown management. The game itself is not a typical MOBA with creeps/lanes/towers but an arena brawler that is a constant exciting teamfight. The game is also amazingly balanced aside from slight overtuning of one or two champs. You can climb every character in the game to the highest rank of Grand Champion. The composition of teams can vary widely and still be viable such as double support teams or no melee(aka Battleship) teams. The TTK(Time to Kill) is very high in this game but it is supplemented with a neat element of max HP reduction that gets applied once your champion takes more than 40 dmg. There are no champion levels, items and scaling in this game meaning every round starts off with an equal footing and the chances of comeback depend on you and your teammates skill. Lastly something that battlerite does incredibly well is the battlerite system they have. A battlerite is an enhancement that is specifically unique to the character you are playing that adds to your abilities before a round. You can add 5 of these enhancements out of a pool of about 20 that can completely change the play style of your character.

Used to be great until the Developers decided fuck it we'll restart the game, 2 years after it was released.

+ Characters are cool
+ Well designed arena
+ Interesting PVP Concepts
+ Great Skill Cap

- Developers change something massive each patch
- Game has more flip flop changes than Carnival in Brazil
- Dev's are greedy
- Micro-transactions
- People who paid for the game, got flipped off when the game became F2P (THEN THEY DID IT AGAIN WITH THE MOBA LOL)

Even though I have played little of Battlerite I can tell it is a good game, although I personally wouldn't play it as it isn't my style of game. Good game play due to maps and characters abilities whilst still being balanced. I recommend it if you like the style of LoL and Dota but want a more quick and easy game.

Fun, quick battles, easy to understand but hard to master. Involves strategy and reaction time just as any MOBA would. Definitely recommend.

If you like arenas in WoW, or skill-based, high action pvp in general, this is a top of the crop game.
