We wanted to make sure that you can play our game without unknown crashes/bugs/problems that's why we we've prepared a solutions list that will help you with all the most popular issues.
1. Reset your profile before you start the game
Before you start playing the newest version of the game, we highly recommend resetting your profiles for maximum benefits from the patch, due to the game's save system structure. Otherwise, we do not guarantee the correct running of the game, due to interference in the game system.
Warning! After resetting your profile, you will lose all progress and have to start over.
2. A solution to UE4 error reporting by ČZŪ | Ami_Miku
If you happen to encounter a state of power failure, crash, etc. that makes the computer unable to run normally when you are playing the game, you will encounter a UE4 error when you open the Bakery Simulator at this time, and the error content is:
An unreal engine process has crashed.
Assertion failed: [File: Unknown] [Line: 660] BulkData compressed header read error.
This package may be corrupt!

Don't worry, it's just that the save file of your C drive is broken, delete the folder named "saved" from C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\BakerySimulatorFull
3. Verify Integrity of Game Files
If you are missing textures or other content in-game or experiencing crashing while playing a game, you can have Steam verify that the game's files are installed correctly on the computer.

4. How to disable Motion Blur By BaldyWookie

Attention! This is not a supported solution, it has the potential to cause bugs in the game.
5. How to skip tutorial
If you want to skip the tutorial, just press 'esc' during the tutorial and click 'skip'.
6. "My save is gone, I can't continue"
When you have 2 or more profiles, after starting a game you can see no option to continue (grayed out). You need to click on the profile, choose the one you want to play with and there "continue" will work again.
7. Check the system requirements
Make sure you have the latest drivers for your hardware, if not update them.
8. If you occur any problems that the above solutions don't help
Provide us with a DxDiag of your machine (just press the Windows button, type in "dxdiag" and save all details) along with all files zipped from your game folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\BakerySimulatorFull
