Zu mir:
-4k in Csgo
-c.a 6k in 1.6
-c.a 800h in Source

A skill improves much faster if you isolate it and focus on it daily. Normal Quake play has you multitasking item timing, complex movement, paying attention to sound cues, trying to visualize/read opponent movement and strategy, on top of combat where you're constantly changing weapons. Your general game sense improves efficiently from that, but individual skills not so much since each one is only being used a small % of the time.
Focus on just one type of weapon on one type of moving target in an aim trainer, and the results are amazing.

First of all. It’s free, meaning that it’s so easy to install and get your hands on. The fact that it’s free just makes it an even better game as you’re not spending a penny and you’re getting so much out of it
Secondly, it is so versatile and there is such a huge amount of things you can customise and change to fit the games you play and what you want to improve on
Thirdly, there is such a huge amount of maps for every game that you play from CS-GO to fortnite and many more. There are also different maps for tracking, precision and even scenario maps for games like Valorant that you really don’t get with other aim trainers
There are also so many playlists made by Aim Lab and the Aim Lab community which are game specific so you have to waste no time creating a long playlist for all of your liked maps
If you’re looking to level up your aim and mouse control and really start performing competitively, then Aim Lab is for you!
Install it today and climb the ranks. You won’t regret it

If someone doesn't want to spend money on an aim trainer, Aim Lab is definitely good.
However, I am of the opinion that another one, which you can also buy here on Steam, is the much better Aim trainer and is definitely worth the investment.
Still not bad ????

In the past, I've been spoilt for choice when searching for training exercises for R6. The Steam Workshop is brimming with prefire courses on the most popular maps, exercises that teach you about specific weapon recoil, and basic reflex and aim training. These tools, meticulously crafted and shared by the Steam Workshop community, have been incredibly useful for focusing on improving specific skills. However, they heavily rely on already knowing which areas we want to target in our training sessions. If, like me, you're a bit unsure what your weaknesses are, I recommend trying out Aim Lab.
Aim Lab has been free in Early Access since 2018 and it features a range of exercises that are perfect for warming up for a competitive game. What sets it apart from other aim training programs is that it gives you a detailed breakdown of your performance after each task, highlighting specific strengths and weaknesses.

I've been ranked top 85 in Europa in Rainbow six siege and decided i wanted to improve my aim as much as possible.
So i went with aimlab and while it's great at giving you different tasks and trains you in different areas then in it's current state is terrible for people which is playing R6Siege, CoD and other multiplayer games where you're aiming downsigth
However this game is amazing for people who plays a lot of Valorant and CSGO actually this is what aimlab seems to be designed to improve from the start.
Playing 4:3 - 1920x1080 is a mess in this you're way to close to all the objectives which you're supposed to shoot constantly spawning outside your FoV making you unable to actually improve cosistently.
There's a big lack of weapons with a sigth in the game ( yet again it seems to only support csgo and valorant type games ) so you're supposed to use some of the worst ironsigths ever seen in a game.
Questionable feedback from the game - sometimes feedback makes no sense in the game.
Overall cool game no doubt but not something i'll be using anymore.

Pros:
- Game tells you how shit you really are when you do bad
- Leaderboards are decent
- Gives you an average score, accuracy, and reaction time of how you do on a certain task (IMO, Kovaak needs this the most)
- Gives you an understanding of how to aim
- Customizable weapons
- Everybody sucks on it, so you can dominate leaderboards as long as you are an intermediate aimer
- Lots of games that you can choose to train your aim for
- Ranking of skills (double edged sword, I'll get to it)
- Good subreddit that people support each other on
Cons: This is gonna be loooooooong.
- Busted ranking skills, to the point where the game sometimes doesn't even know where to place you or saves the progress
- Some modes give more points than others (even though they did an update) so it skews your actual ranking.
- Modes get boring and constantly urge you to get faster, which fucks up muscle memory.
- Workshop is barren with modes that sometimes don't work/ download.
- Tasks are way too easy for anyone that has hands.
- Devs (allegedly) took $5 Mil investment that they got, spent it all on advertising the game (take that how you want).
- Shitty crosshair customization.
- Weird menu interface.
- Controls that can fuck up your sens to the point of resetting the settings .
- The 9mm (default weapon) has recoil, at least, a weird recoil that shifts your screen left to right unpredictably.
- It feels like your forced to use Aim Lab modes instead of actually hard maps that people can make
- No vertical tracking, closest thing is a mode having moving targets that you have to flick.
- Makes you constantly aim up (can be bad for muscle memory).
- Having multiple apps, tabs, etc., open at once can make the game feel delayed/ sluggish (much like the sluggishness type aim in R6).
- FOV changes right before you're about to aim if it is very high, which can mess you up if you already have your sights on a target.
- Game considers 350ms reaction time fast. For certain modes like Sixshot or Reflexshot, yes, but on gridshot, that is painfully slow.
- On top of all of that, most aim coaches strictly advise going against using Aim Labs, with many using the reasons I used. I'd listen to most of them considering that some, like Aimer7, who have 20+ years of FPS experience.
- And a general con, if you want to learn a game's mechanics (bunny hopping, peaking, movement) aim trainers will not help you with that. Even sometimes a game's aim feels different to the aim trainer, so you will have muscle memory built for games IN GENERAL, but not that specific game
Conclusion: I recommend Aim Lab to absolute beginners in FPS games to build a foundation, but after they get to an intermediate to advanced beginner stage, move on to actually playing the game you're training for, or use aim trainers that have harder modes and more varieties of them. I would not recommend this game to most people because of the extremely basic and bland varieties of modes there are. It helped me with a basis for my aim (been aim training for a few months, only really got into it about a month ago). If you got this far, my opinion is my opinion and you may disagree with me, which is why I will enable comments if you want to ask me any questions about what I think. Thanks for reading.

Tracking tasks leave a bit to be desired, however, and for this I feel it is best used in conjunction with other software.
Nevertheless, I find it's a great product with active and responsive devs. It brings to the table qualities I haven't found in any other program and I would highly recommend it.

*A couple quick tips*
1. Remove the gun model with the option in the settings. (It can be very distracting and the animations are very boring and bland to look at.)
2. Reduce the firing sound volume or turn off all volume entirely for the same reason as above. *If you use this software all the time the sound can be very boring bland or even annoying (The music is the same 60 second loop as well)
3. Do not use it to warm up for more than an hour. If you spend too long warming up you may burn out before even playing the game you are warming up for. (At least this is what I experienced when using it.)*Recommended 30 minutes a day give or take.*
4. Don't trust Leaderboard score's in any of the ultimate mode's because of the varying sizes of the orbs the scores are not 100% accurate and there are even some scoring glitches, like where someone's score is higher than yours... but has less accuracy and destroyed less targets?
All in all I think it's a good fps addition even to a new players arsenal. I hope this review helped and have a good day!

With the metrics to easily show improvement, and the auto-adjusting tasks, I think a lot of people might find this more useful than the alternatives. It may even give you the extra push to commit to more regular practice.
