You’ve called upon us to make things right, and we do our best to raise to the challenge.
This is what we’ve been working on and where we have registered progress:

1. Defending fair players from law benders
We’ve managed to put a stop to the Crown Passing Exploit by two means: removing the option of transferring Clan Leadership while Wars are in progress, and extending the Rookie time to 50 hours.
Your reports help solve this and we’re proud of you for not hesitating to do what’s right! As always, when something seems off, it probably is, and we strongly encourage you to report it.

2. Reducing crashing issues
The update we released for iOS last week provided important clues. We spotted some bugs which we’re currently working on fixing. Our QA Department is performing tests and, if everything goes well, we’ll soon be ready to implement the fixes throughout the different platforms. In the meantime, we are continuously monitoring game performance and have noticed improvements in stability.

3. Minimizing roll-backs
We’ve just deployed a fix to solve the recent roll-back issues - this means that your squadmates are safe, you won’t need to dismiss them anymore.

4. Fixing Gear S18 Champion
It now has the appropriate number of available slots.


We’re driven to do right by our players.
To this purpose, our next top priorities are:

- Fixing the login issues on the Windows platform (the glatg-11 and similar error messages, that signal connectivity or authentication issues)
- Fixing the stuck at loading troubles on Steam (the flickering loading bar).


For the time being, we don’t have an exact ETA. What we do have is a long history of resilience and we won’t stop until we get to the bottom of things. You’ll be hearing from us soon.
