The Fallen Earth servers are coming back in service and we apologize for the unexpected downtime. We have isolated a problem with the Auction House that was causing lag in various forms (chat, item, spawning). All items on that were placed on the Auction House will fall under one of these categories:

1. if your auction had a buyout price, you'll be receiving that buyout instead of getting the item back
2. if there is no buyout price and no bidder, we're sending the items back to the owner for the Auction. Bids and posting fees should be returned as normal by the auction system.
3. if you were the highest bidder on an auction, you'll receive the item .

This will happen over the course of the next 4 hours.

We will be sending out compensation to all players that have logged in over the last 90 days. Please watch for this to the email address that is registered for your Fallen Earth account.
