Infinity Ward, Inc. ist ein preisgekröntes Entwicklerstudio und ein Zweigstelle von Activision, Inc., welche ihren Hauptsitz in Encino, Kanada eingerichtet hat. Zudem ist IW der Entwickler des mit Zustimmung auf dem Spielemarkt empfangenen Spiel Call of Duty für den PC und Call of Duty 2 für PC und Xbox 360 Konsole.

IW is the winner of over 100 Game of The Year and 50 Editor Choice awards, in addition to having the highest selling and most played Xbox 360 game on Xbox Live, Call of Duty 2. IW prides itself on creating the absolute best games feasible by only hiring the absolute best candidates in their respective fields.

Infinity Ward was founded in 2002 by 22 members including all the leads of the Medal of Honor: Allied Assault team, and were soon acquired by Activision, Inc. in 2003.

Since our creation we have doubled in size twice in an ever growing expansion of our studio. We now house over 100 amazingly talented and dedicated members on the Infinity Ward team, and are currently developing for all next-gen gaming consoles and PC platform. We will continue to release high quaility games which not only exceed the standard in game development, but define it.
